They didnt even say the problem was fixed. Which is even worst, they knew something could go wrong and they said they would monitor the servers and now they are just ignoring us...
I wish the game was payable again so we could have the same quality as before.
Just roll back the servers to the start of the event. also make it so only level 40 and up can do the event. Everything will be fine then. Unless you have just screwed the software up . LOL. I was still having problems at 4 pm eastern when I logged off to watch NFL playoffs.
I cant get back into Chronos at 1030 PM cause it is full. Go figure........
This event cost me alot of exp and also my items expired and I did not get full use of them....
O well.. Go NC. I hope you figure out what the problem is.
Just roll back? This ain't no stinking private server, bub. This is retail. Chronos and Naia were servers that merged from the original servers when it went live. That is 7 years of history, boy. You can't roll that back. They never rolled back in the 7 years retail's been alive, so don't expect any roll backs like Walmart.

A suggestion of roll back? never .... not on your nelly lol, like said its never happened before and never will .. i would think us old timers would leave.

Create a new server... DONT LET ANYONE MAKE AN ACCOUNT ON IT!!..... have it soley for people to transfer to.... what is the point of the transfers right now... to another heavy populated server? What needs to be remembered is, along time ago when servers got merged then again then again, you basically have what up to 7 servers crammed into Chronos.... and once FTP came along.. all have come flooding back.... along with new people, on the 2 servers they had avaliable.. madness... new accounts should been equalized between other servers that should of already been up ready for heavy traffic.... its easyier to merge servers that are not full, than tyring to ease over populated servers..... doesnt take more than a couple of brain cells to work out really!. I dont think much thought went into the possibilites of what could happen when choosing FTP, and yes... before anyone makes a comment of me moaning.. after all the money i have paid into NCSOFTS pocket??? i have a right to moan. Chrones, was sayha before... and then my starting server of sedg.

It is someones fault....its NCSofts fault for NOT using their heads and allowing new accts to be made on Chronos ( an alrdy overpopulated server) when they knew **** good and well once it went F2P ppl would be coming back to play and they could have been the mentees for the higher lvl players.......the easiest fix for this problem is so friggin simple a child could have thought of it...and heres the fix......REMOVE ALL NEW ACCTS MADE SINCE NOV 30 2011 AND MOVE EM TO A NEW FRIGGIN SERVER SO US PPL THAT HAVE PAID TO PLAY FOR THE PAST 7 YEARS CAN PLAY ON OUR SERVER.....PERIOD....NO IFS, AND OR BUTS
Why would they change the times of the NA server to EU when we already have a NA and a EU , that would be just silly?
They have new servers they just built that can easily be changed to different times, no need to mess with all the player's weekends just for the heck of it.

never seen this in all my time in l2 hindemith and chronos . wtf end that stupid event totallty its killing us , remove the need for mentors and cls to be online all the time make the buffs 24 hours or something it can be done , and open more servers for new players , or get a better hosting site , its not rocket sience

Maybe you should look into acquiring a few brain cells then. Merging servers isn't simple. There's heroes, castles, clan halls to consider... I think there should just be a simple IQ test (that you'd surely do poorly on) to log into the game, would keep the ignorant out.

Exactly like Floooze (plus or minus an o) said . we have been merged in the past atleast 3 times .. many many servers into 2 naia and chronos. mostly chronos. now alot of people who were inactive came back and they also allowed people to come for free. we dont have too many people.. just too many people for 1 server!!!! dont make us give all our stuff to paly alot will quit. are the newbies on the new servers the buying all the R grade stuff they keep adding to these destiny packs? ? maybe some but the 7 years vet's are most likely running atleast 1 box toon and trying like crazy to level buying what they can to get better gear. them packs most likely selling on chronos naia more than rest of servers.

Yep. I once got a warning for mentioning its name in spite of the word filter. Apparently, censoring the forums is the most important task for NCsoft staff as they've got neither time nor human resources for anything else.
Ok just heads up once again, from lv 60 20%+ exp to lv 61(a grade) things went prettie good overall.
Finally got my A grade for Tyrant, there are still some lag but no where as bad as it was once before, not even close, a lil heal pot delays but not to bad.
But also remember I am also uploading a video during my play with l2 so keep this in mind.
Overall, much much better now, let me know what you all think of the server lag now.

This afternoon while I was exping my Yul Archer, I had up to 30 seconds shot delay.
It's not fixed. Right now it's working though, at the time of this post. But this afternoon it was terrible.
I suggest that L2 will stop using ss permanentlly!!!
Redezign the game to that point, so we dont need ss any more.
They cause game lag any way and draining our money!!!

Sounds like a good idea but I dont think it will ever happen.
I dont mind using ss and yes they drain money like no tommorrow.
If they do take ss completely off, they need to drop enemies hp, def,etc. just taking the ss away, the game changes drastically.
Dont think they will ever will but only time will tell.
Will I still play l2 if they take out ss? sure but the game would have to be totally re-designed otherwise I am out of the game completely.
Personnally since it became free it benefitted more the new comers than the players who spent 7 years since beta paying to play.Now those same people who supported l2 all this time by paying and some for multiple accounts get shafted.Not only now new comers benifit for all the new additions in game but also from old players being their mentors.People who took years to get to 85 now see new ones get 85 in as week and get free gear to boot. lol old players who farmed their gear wich in some instance cost them a fortune to get now see it worth nothing.Now new server problems with events or whatever.. people now buy from l2 store.. use xp runes and bd pots only top see them go to hell cause of nc server problems.As far as I am concerned you are saying ty for your 7 years support to your old player base and saying screw yourself we cannot do anything for runes and whatever you used during all the server fails because we simply do not give a chit all server are full.

Health pot delay near 20 seconds, Major SS delays.
Soon as I click on my tyrant, usually kicks in like 2 seconds or so, this time it hangs and hard time getting in to the game.
Typically to see if there is going to be a major lag in ss and health pots, If you experience major long delays while clicking on your charc to get into the game, and it still stays on the charc selection screen and not on the loading screen, this is usually a very good indication that their is going to be major SS and health pots delays.

Amen to that because there was no such thing as l2store, Vitality bar for more exp, mentee,etc,etc,etc.
Also there was no such thing as automatic usage of ss back then, had to keep tapping the left mouse button, muahaha.
No such thing as common or unidentified wpn,armor,etc.
I remember back during beta, even the dang map item you had to quest it If I remembered correctly, its not alt+m all the time like it is now.
No such thing as temp buff pots or hp,mp items after mob kill, making adena was tremendously hard back then, might be lucky to have 250k+ adena when you hit lv 20 and yet top d wpn was like 2.85M back then(not including armour and ss).
During ex'ping, lv'ing up at low lvs, buy ss and mobs drop so little adena, keep buying ss, not many at all of profit making as ss was like a Must when soloing.
Grade c top was near 10m, full plate was like almost 6m and yet mobs only drop like 400-700 adena, it was rough back then, its gotten alot better now to buy stuff.
Now after the update to god expansion, All I ever see now is people killing mobs and leaving all of their loot on the ground(must be rich or bought adena online/Usually first indication...)
And I am like, pick up your money people, what the hell is wrong with you guys, dont want your money?? Prettie bad boy.
Not going to buy adena on this account, I have not since I been back after years away from the game and I am not intending to do so, going to go all clean to lv 99(hopefully), all legal baby. ^^
So far I am doing good, long as the server is doing ok.
