I agree, it seems that they just don't care anymore. Any other F2P company (yes EVEN the bad ones) would have not only updated their consumers about the problems that are occurring, but would have made sure to let the public know they are working on a fix. I see no post denoting that on the forums or website. This is just embarrassing. Shut the game down, it's obvious you don't care.

Or how about the many various server maintenance threads where they mention the issues and tell us they are working to fix them. Honestly I have seen more work from NCWest and the GM's since FTP. Yall complain and yet they have been working to compensate and fix problems. They don't need to cave into your demands and yet they do. End an event early. Give items away for issues beyond their control. Make transfers to Magmeld to reduce congestion. All of the actions were meant to appease those of you who have been whining and yet these actions have negatively effected others. I liked the quest and had little problem logging in. Magmeld now has an influx of high lvl rich players when they thought they would be alone. Feel free to complain but PLEASE give NCSoft some slack. And lay off Sace.

They ended part of an event early by removing the fragments yet failed to remove the agation. Even the simple process of completely turning off an event (i.e. reverting to code from just a week prior that didn't have the event on it) became a disaster.

Yeah, because their servers are not supposed to be fully under their control, right. Also giving 5 hours of xp rune when people have spent money on 7 day ones is like replacing a faulty car with just a wheel.
Make transfers to Magmeld to reduce congestion.
The Magmeldians were really happy about that im sure. Another thing that ncsoft does that ends in disaster because they don't THINK their actions through.

Why? They are the people responsible for Lineage II whatever fanbois like you state. If the buck doesn't stop at them, then who is responsible for fiasco after fiasco on this game that I have played since 2004. There are no magical fairies or leprechauns responsible for their servers is that so hard to understand? Therefore NCSoft and their "public face" aka Sace are fully responsible for any problems.

Sace ever wondered why the same updates used in the other servers do not work in Chronos? What is wrong? The server? Perhaps what some players are doing ... Has anyone found a new exploit? An easier way to get around the rules? These guys that perhaps are corrupting the integrity of the server stay here, in Chronos...
Why are you guys directing everything at Sace like she's at fault? She isn't in 'charge' of everything, she's our gateway between us and NCSoft and as far as I can tell she's been doing a **** good job.
Just because we haven't seen sweeping improvements DOES NOT mean they are not working diligently. Rome was not built in a day; some things just take a little time. Granted they [NCSoft] do some questionably idiotic stuff, but if everything they did made everyone happy, no one would be happy.
Just be patient, some of us have been playing official for many years -- what's a couple of weeks to deal with fixes? My recommendation if you can't find enjoyment in the game, find something temporary in the mean time -- it is just a game after all.

At this going rate, what with the lay offs last year and people leaving (as proven by the Moxie stalker), Sace will be in charge because she would be the only one in the company. lol
Well, I understand they are working on the issue, but server is quite playable at 4000-4500 people (http://chronos.kaifas.lt/nosound/) but when they starting going over 5k ss starting lagging, at usual load 6k we see what we see in game right now.
Personally I think they reached maximum possible connections, and removed queue so people can actually log in. Last time we had a line at 5500+, right now you can get even after 6k people and that doesn't help server to process that much people at all. I don't know if they reached their maximum at hardware or software level, or maybe both but server transfer were good idea, if it were done properly: free migration on new server, with all your stuff in inventory etc. I'm not interested by inconvenience myself with selling all my stuff and keeping only gear with current transfer option therefore I'm not doing it.
6K has always been max server population, Teon used to have it way back in C4~C5 and at that time server transfers to and char creation was blocked on Teon..
Well, more or less since the Community Manager acts as an "interface"
between us and "the boss"...
So we may be saying Sace and Moxi are guilty for the situation, but we
dont really expect them to physically take care of the problems. Instead
we expect them to report our suggestions and complains to "Da Boss" or to
the developers/administrators.
We expect them to render our feelings about the game so that "the boss"
fully understands the situation.
And personally I also expect them to be honest and tell us what NC is
really planning to do to solve the problems and how hardly they're actually
working on them.
But I think they're more like a "one way" channel to communicate with NC.
And pretty much filtered.
If Mentors/Mentess weren't logged in 24/7 then all server problems would be fixed. Untill then expect lag overcrowded towns that aren't designed for allot of players and inability to log into the server you want too.

Check Runes of Despair, the other runes of whatever (port from Gludio) and similar level 15 to 50 locations.

Also, stalkerish? Really? it's publicly listed information. You guys aren't concerned at all that we have a producer? That they haven't posted anything online in months? That Sace is the only person we see? It's a lot like not having a driver on your bus. No wonder things are falling apart left and right. Sure, we can keep calling korea for a tow but that's no way to travel.

Probably not, but it's not like it's just one person b******* about the server issues. If NC doesn't get their act together soon, they're only going to further piss off their players (and possible paying customers) until the servers are completely dead once again...

Tera Online could be worth my money. I suggest everybody to give it a look and decide if you wanna wait for NC to fix this mayhem or you prefer to move to something better.
Tera Online. They even have a distinction between open world PvP servers and PvE/consensual PvP servers. Both hardcore players and carebears will have their place.
It's not like we're raging about something that's come out just recently. We've been complaining about bots and RMT since.....I've come in L2 at C4 and we already had that plague around. F2P didnt solve and they werent able to foresee the possible issues coming with it.
