Magmeld if you are new. It's the least full and has the lowest levels overall. So, you will not have any problems logging in and there will be more people closer to your level range.

Yes, it was one of the two new servers that they created when GoD was released and is the least full. I think the server population on Magmeld is perfect. There are plenty of people but there is never any problems logging in to the game. If you dont want to play on Magmeld the other new server is Bartz. It has more people but I don't think there are any problems logging on there either. I think Magmeld or Bartz are your best options.
