Bug Dimensional Merchant

hi guys.. i went to path to awakening and i took the items and now i cant take them from dimensional i press receive and nothing... i press it 100 times and nothing happens... ;/ what is happening? ;/

It's a well known bug that is reported to NC thousands times

A temp fix is to go to Schutgart Warehouse and use the keeper there to empty your inventory then try the dimensional keeper

As far as ppl say sometimes it works but there is a chance that it won't

Make sure you have lots of room in your inventory.

Hi.I recently reached lvl 76 and finished "3rd class"quest.
I logged on site to claim my items (lvl 76). It says “Congratulations! You have unlocked all the rewards. Now you are on your way to the path to awakening.”
The thing is i didnt get the items for my lvl 76...My iventory is allmost empty (26 items / 80 total). Tryed to recive it thru Dimmensional merchant but it allways says i have nothing to take from him...

What should i do to recive my items?(really could use that armour pack set and jewlerty set)
PS, @lvl 70 i succesfully claimed my items,

I recently claimed my items from the site and the dimmensional merchant says that i have no claimed items .
Hope i'll get it later ...

Hi, in the http://truly-free.lineage2.com/path i claim the lv45 and lv50 rewards but they never apear in the dimensional merchant and they are marked as claimed in the page =/

this is a big problem, please tell us what to do :(

I also didn't get any items in the dimensional merchant after hitting 40+ and going to the path to awakening site. seems like its bugged? just like the NCCoin issue giving everyone a PENDING status.

There seems to be an issue with site -> In game connection.
Purchase of NC coin is also not going through.
Should hopefully sort itself tomorrow once NC opens for business :D

Don't know what happened but i got all (mentee certificate, everything from lvl 40) from another char from the same account. So if you have other chars, check the dimension merchant with other chars from same account. Tell me if this solved the problem.

Maybe is a problem related with the NC Coin issue

Looks like anything you claim from L2 sites don't go in game.
Advice would be, don't claim anything unless official word says it's fixed.

Now this is a big problem. I have a lvl 1 char with a mentee certificate! Hope gms can help me with this!
