So the webpage says that we can get them in GAMESTOP stores, but from people outside the US, its there any webpage re-selling them?
Old game time codes from the pre-Truly Free era are still honored and can been redeemed for NCoin.
So just to be clear, only the NCoin card from gamestop includes the bonus item correct? As in I can't goto 'Joe's Game Emporium' and buy an old time card for the bonus.
Correct. The NCoin Card and the old game time code cards are different and the bonuses only apply to the NCoin Card.

The bonus is for pre-determine bonus items (or item) only. The current bonus item will always be listed on the NCoin Card page. In the future the bonus may change, and that page will reflect the update.

I redeemed one of these yesterday, waited for today until I got the bonus item code, and then applied it. What isn't clear however, is if/when/how I will recieve the bonus item. All it said was that the code had been successfully applied. Any clarification on this?
It may take up to 24 hours between the time you apply the serial code before the item bonus is applied to your account. You should have the NCoin value as soon as the serial code is applied. I don't think there's a notification saying when your item code is applied other than the note on the card about the 24 hours. At that time, you can log in to your account via the website and click on Apply In-Game Items. If the item is there, you can select it and assign it to the server and character of your choice.

Unfortunately there is no official servers to south america, if there was I certainly would be playing it. However consumers should have the same benefits already paying the same values as Americans. So fix this mess by offering the card online! And yes, I started to cry Q.Q
This is the closest we have ever come to advertising Lineage 2 in US stores, granted Aion is also on the card, OMG. I am going to buy 20 of them just as collector items!!
i really feel like euro players are descriminated!!! rly alot, for instants, yesterday i ordered 11 nc timecards of 60 days wich means 26800 n coins, meaning 13 BEWR (wich i might add, it would be a rush for me 2 try my blunts for +12 at least)... oh well, thanks alot for tha nc soft... i guess Americans are way more important then the rest of the players in the server...

Treating custumers diffrently only becouse they leave in diffrent countries it's very unfair. Why should some players take advantage of this offer and some others no? It has no sence and surly will reflect negativly the game play.
As it concerns to me I was ready to purchase some NC coins online to support my gameplay and exp during vacations but now I decided to w8 until NCSofT gives same rewards for ppl using website for their bying.
I cant accept someone who spends same money with me to take much better rewards. This is not acceptable.

Why I cant buy As many Ncoins as I want and whenever I want to from NCsoft? its like I can buy only once every month or more, if i try twice a month second time i get error says I need to go check retailers, and why they don't sell time cards as-well from ncsoft website? maybe I want to help out a friend and don't have his account info.

for me that isnt fair, not at all, actually the think shouldnt be tradable atm and every player should have access to it... once again...i dont really feel happy because i see something like this: only US people can buy cards, they can get the BEWR grade as if they were making RMT coz the actually sell for the same price or almost as people pay for 100 mil adena (yes i know because i say the spams on town ingame everyday) and they get the coins as a bonus.... cool stuff eh??? then we "rest of the world scum" (actually NC Soft is treating like such) dont have access 2 the items, and when we do, guess what? the people who bought the coins before have BEWR or any other good item to sell and the "scum" will be f#$&@§ because they will be penelized.... hurray for the country that God blessed...

The facts that the reward item is tradable and that the NCoin Cards are not for sale online are not mutually exclusive. The item will likely change in the future to a different item-- perhaps tradable, perhaps not. We are monitoring the current status to see how it goes, and will change it sooner than later if necessary.
The fact that NCoin Cards are only for sale in physical stores is as intended-- it is not a result of the bonus item being tradable. Hence, making the bonus item non-tradable will not directly result in NCoin Cards being sold online.
Again, these things may change in the future, but for now this is the bonus item and the cards are available for sale at GameStops in the United States only. Stay tuned for future changes.

Aion gamers get two bonus items because there were valued at less than our one item. To be clear, NCNyx does not say that the NCoin Card specifically will become available online. She was referring to "bundles of NCoin" as in the pre-set amounts of NCoin, similar to what we already sell in the NCsoft store. Also while it is possible that we may sell NCoin "bundled" with bonus items in the future, this is not a guarantee. We are working on finding ways to increase the ease and convenience for players to obtain NCoin. Putting the physical cards in stores is a first step, and despite the messages here there are many purchases already recorded, suggesting that these are helpful items to some players, but we're not stopping there. Let's wait and see what happens in the future.

The new NC Account system "removes" regional designation because all NC Accounts are North America-based, and migrating a European-designated Lineage II account to your new NC Account will effectively make you a North American account owner. So, when migration becomes available in the near future, you will be able to change your account designation as North American and can use US-based serial codes such as NCoin Cards. :)

We are still ironing out some bugs and issues in the migration process, and because of this is it not possible to give an exact date for when it will go live. From what I've heard I'd say migration will not be possible for at least another two weeks, so hopefully in August it will be ready.
For the ticket I'll see if I can reach someone so they can at least give you an initial response, as it's a bit unusual it hasn't even received a "we received your ticket, please wait for a rep" automated response yet.

Yeah I thought the same as it has been 30+ hours since I initially sent the ticket and now 24 hours since you passed the ticket along for me.
Just to be clear I did not submit it via game, I used the website and still haven't received an email to say the ticket was received.
I also posted one the same way 4/5 days ago about dual classes unable to use the protection of rune/elemental/allignment forgotten scrolls and never received a confirmation or a reply so I just went ahead and awakened my dual class.

I do not know of any current plans to change the bonus item and there is no pre-set time for how long this particular one will be available. Once we have more information we'll update you.
Well, if you really care about us (players not living in US or Canada), in the future when you fix that territory problem with NCoin sales, you should make a similar event exclusively for these areas (excluding the countries who had receive the benefit before). So we will be equal.

GameStop doesn't stock this item in 90% of their stores. I'm not driving 100 miles to get a game card.
i tried 3 stores of that franchise near us and none had it. the closest is a 2 hrs drive away. you'd think that they offered them enough money to make it worth putting into their stores, but seems they still dont want to "waste" the space on the walls for the ONE hook to hang up the cards :(
Never mind the hook to hang them on the 2 stores I was in said there is no such card or sku # for any item like that sold by gamestop. So you can't even order them to the store if by chance the store doesn't choose to carry them.

Unfortunately we cannot control exactly which stores it goes to; GameStop manages that decision. Propagation is still taking place, so perhaps by the end of the month one of those stores may have some cards (other than the one store you mentioned, apparently). Low-volume stores are less likely to get them. I'm afraid we can only wait and see what is available at the end of the month, but I'm sure asking a particular GameStop to carry them may help.
Although we do not ourselves have a list of every GameStop that has the cards, we're collecting data manually during the propagation period (still ongoing; some stores may get the cards alter). If you personally come across a GameStop store location in the United States in person that does not carry the cards and is not planning to carry them, please find it on the store locator list (http://www.gamestop.com/browse/storesearch.aspx) and PM me the exact address of that store. Or PM me the store number if you know it (would be on a purchase receipt from there). Collecting a list of what stores don't carry them does not guarantee we can arrange for them to, but it may help us in making sure that the card distribution covers the territory as best as possible.
I'm afraid I posted some incorrect information previously. In the communication about NCoin Card distribution locations I understood that they would go to the marketing territory of NCsoft West, which includes the United States and Canada. Unfortunately I misinterpreted this; NCoin Cards are currently only going to GameStops in the United States. We are beginning the process to also distribute to Canada, but I cannot say when this will happen. I apologize for this misinformation, and as soon as I have info about Canada receiving them I will update you.

I've seen it in the two stores I've been to, one in Los Angeles and one in San Diego. Most GameStop stores have a limited amount of space for POS cards and therefore, the employees will oftentimes drop the newer ones in a drawer when they are recieved. You have to make sure you ask the employees (a Manager is best) if they have them because there's a good chance they won't be out on the floor. This was the case at both of the GameStops I went to last week, and the cards had only been available for a couple days, so I forgive them.

They didn't sit in a board room or a Hollywood "Hot-spot" talking about how to be "anti rest of the world... hurray for treating the players diferent for the country they live at!" as you stated. Companies work with restrictions imposed by there governing bodies. Distribution of a product internationally has addition limitations regulated by various agreements and laws.

Yes you may have to ASK for the cards from the cashier. I had to ask for them and they were kept in a drawer despite having many empty hooks on the card rack. The Gamestop I visited is located in Green Bay,Wisconsin.

You do realize that Ncwest is based in North America and that's why Americans/Canadians get them first or over Euro players. It's not about who likes who best. There's probably a lot of reasons that you don't know about.
What kinds of gaming stores do Euro's have that would carry this card? You can't buy this online (yet) so you can't use this option. I would wait and see before going off the deep end. I'm sure by fall you'll have your own cards and perhaps different bonus items than NA cards.

I sent a ticket immediately and got my code soon after, I wouldn't wait on them and you shouldn't have to seeing you paid immediately for the ncoin card.

That's fine. I have no issues with waiting. But feeling that I may not have followed the procedure correctly and not getting any verification is what made me post.

What kinds of gaming stores do Euro's have that would carry this card? You can't buy this online (yet) so you can't use this option. I would wait and see before going off the deep end. I'm sure by fall you'll have your own cards and perhaps different bonus items than NA cards.

Accounts are not limited to one NCoin Card or one bonus item.
I applied a Ncoin card on the 17th of July, 2012, and didn't get any email about the bonus item. Could someone please have a look at it? Thanks.
This cannot be done on the forums. You need to send a support ticket (https://lineage2.custhelp.com/app/ask/) and provide the serial code there, so that the account team can check on it.

All the people complaining, let me tell you, the cards are NOT readily available at US retailers of Gamestop. I live about 30 minutes from NYC and I can tell you that there isn't a Gamestop within 50 miles that has any NCoin Cards. This isn't like one of the websites that lets you buy in bundles, its a stretch just to find them.

GET A CLUE. First off I am canadian and you clearly didn't understand the post. After giving Sace the info on the Canadian stores not able to order or sell them she found out why and posted it for you to read. :P We have tons of Gamestop and eb game stores here so not sure why you even posted that. The point I was making as a canadian, you should have known something must have been wrong for the cards to be posted for a price of 25$ in both places.

Buying a product isn't abusing anything, its ultra-supporting a thing I enjoy. They work out deals for extras with brick and morters to make product more viable and to get people in the door at gamestop (a place i would never go otherwise) Its building relationships.

NCSoft is against selling adena. In the beginning people were selling items they got in certain packs and the result was they made the items untradable. So when you get on the server yakking about how much you're making, you're only setting up a situation where this will be the last time you benefit from it. So it's in your best interest to just keep it to yourself.

No. Ncsoft may have been against other third parties cashing in on their game but I highly doubt they are against ncsoft bringing in more money. Keep me (the person who still pays to play) happy and Ill keep spending. It's called marketing 101.
Will I be able to apply this card on a EU based account?
No, the cards are NA-region only. But, when NC Account migration becomes possible in the future (hopefully within the next month) and you migrate your Lineage II account to your new NC Account, your account will effectively become NA-region, and you can then apply the card's code.
Weird, I asked a GM via live help and he told me that was possible (I can provide the transcript if needed).

I can't be sure what the GM said-- perhaps there was a misunderstanding and the wrong information was given. No transcript is needed, but if you want to share it please PM me with it instead of posting it here. Either way, you could simply buy a card and try to apply the code, and if it doesn't work now, it will definitely work after migration, so it won't be a wasted purchase despite that you might have to wait a bit.
I redeemed one of these yesterday, waited for today until I got the bonus item code, and then applied it. What isn't clear however, is if/when/how I will recieve the bonus item. All it said was that the code had been successfully applied. Any clarification on this?

You get it from the dimensional merchant by warehouses. Just like you do for path to awakening.
ETA make sure you APPLY the code to your account/server and character also. After you enter the code you have to APPLY it and THEN go in game and get it.

If you don't want your Aion codes go to the off topic section of the forum and you can trade people Aion codes for L2 codes so you can actually get two bonus items per card if you do this.

Perhaps there was some lag in getting the second email out. If you haven't already, open a support ticket (https://lineage2.custhelp.com/app/ask/) to ask the account team about this. If you do already have a ticket open for this, you can PM me the ticket number if you'd like me to check on its status.

With Gmail, multiple emails coming from the exact same source are stacked. It appears as only one email but can be expanded to show all the similar correspondence.
Check to see if this might be what is going on with your email.

Yes, NCoin Cards are still available at participating GameStop stores (according to their individual stock levels) and the bonus item hasn't changed. :)
This Dump can Buy in Other Country and ppl get Reward and for the Euro ppl nothing. -.- Nice Idea, you can do that often Ncsoft, am sure ppl are Happy about that.
Sadly, Gamestop pulled their store chain in Canada, leaving us with only EB Games. So Canadians are S.O.L on this one:mad:

You could go play at Inova euro servers where other euros are. Ncsoft server are in USA so it does not matter if you cant buy them there.

Just looking at gamestop's site you can't purchase any kind of time cards or currency credits for games. You have to physically go to the store itself and get them or purchase from the game's site directly just like Lineage 2.

And to do some nitpicking: I always thougth NCWest Servers are in the USA, not the whole NCSoft Server.
Even more nitpicking: NCoin Card sales have nothing to do with the servers being in USA, i guess it is because NCWest is there, but i could be wrong :p
NCWest is the NA Lineage 2 service, Innova is the European lineage 2 service, NCWest couldn't sell their products within innova's area even if they wanted to. And they don't really want to. Retail in Europe is a logistical nightmare for a small publisher (like NCWest) compared to partnering with a retail chain in the states that just keeps the game visible in retail shelves

It might be slow,but you get a code. one for aion and one for L2. You have to enter the bonus code into your nc account and then apply the items to the account. not sure if you have done this before.

as a fact: a GM told me this and when i tried it, it worked.

if you know someone in the states that would like to do that for you then you could. however, he/she doesn't need to apply them for you. that person could just email you the codes from the back of the cards and you apply them yourself by following the instructions

If you asked for "Time cards" No those are not made anymore. If you asked for Ncoin cards in the USA at gamestop they make those. You can't buy the ncoin cards online, you have to go to the store itself.

There are no "GM" here, just forum admins. Sace explained before that Canada does not offer them. If they will has never been discussed. Maybe if enough people ask, they can get them there.

none in canada, no legal right to sell them here either.
ps: i have clan mates and other friends from the states shop me cards and mail me the codes from the money i transfer via paypal.

when I questioned the out of stock cards I was told that they ran out of stock and that they were producing more. would take 30 days for new stock of cards to show up. that was about 30 days ago.
