I was fortunate to not have crashed, i rarely do, dunno why but many people always crash, what is being done about it? I hear other versions also don't have a fix for this and it might only happen in glory days update?

These players need a refund! They loose XP! AND MOST OF ALL, PATIENCE! Do not make more incentives for players to quit! There are way too many out there, please adress this, ASAP.

On top of that we get a uni tw circlet and a uni apo caster, these raids are simply becoming unworthy, the PVE content becomes unworthy, it's already BORING as it is! The drop itself is no the problem, but the variosu issues to get to that miserable drop.

I hope the players that crashed send messages to NC suport for XP refunds cause this situation has NO REASON to be here messing our gameplay even more than it already is!

You mean they need to be refunded the 0 dollars they paid?

I dont get it, what refund are we talking about? Its a free to play game.

And complaining about crashes isnt making the ppl fixing them work any faster.

I am sure NCsoft is aware of the problem and working on a fix for it.

I cannot speak for any compensation, but I suggest players ask the support team and see what they say on the matter.
