With the proximity of the next game update the server transfer account service is being deactivated until after Glory Days launches. With the maintenance of October 17, it will be no longer possible to purchase a server transfer from the L2 Galleria. Server transfers that are already queued up to be processed on October 17 will be processed as normal, however if a transfer fails it will not be attempted again until server transfers return at a later date.
The NC Account (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=242740) Migration service opens! This implementation involves extensive maintenance for which the website login and account management pages will be unavailable, but players may log into the game once the game servers re-open. Note that players are not required to migrate their account to the NC Account system, and there is currently no forecast for a set date of when migration will become mandatory. When migration does become required in the distant future it will be announced well in advanced and in detail.
Please remember that this is the last week that the current Exploration Pack Bonus items will be available. On October 24, 2012, the bonus items will be switched out for different ones. Stay tuned for details on those in the near future.

Sorry for the confusion. The pack is technically permanent, but when you open it the mask is on a 7-day timer. I'll clarify that on the page.

Yes, you can go from +15 to +16 with the scroll.
Why before the update i can't access path to awakening to recive items?
There was website login maintenance today but it is over now and players should be able to log in without issue. Do you mean you cannot log in, or you can but cannot claim items, or you can do that but in-game you cannot collect them from the NPC?

I still can't log into my account, keep getting:

The connection to login.ncsoft.com was interrupted.
There was a mixup in the store system when adding the Jack O'Lantern Mask Pack. We'll try to fix this in the next maintenance. The issue is only that the pack itself was not added, but the mask was. This means that the mask's 7-day timer begins as soon as the item is purchased. The mask cannot be traded between characters through the Dimensional Merchant. I'm adjusting the details page to explain this.

EDIT: The migration maintenance is still in process and that affects the account management login. The other website logins such as Path to Awakening, L2 Galleria, and forums work now.
I get the same thing with IE
With firefox when I goto ncsoft.com, everything I click on does nothing.
click on manage account, nothing, click on the link to aion,etc. does nothing.
With this maint on the 24th the bonus items for the destiny pack show they will be changed.
There is 1 Ancient Scroll: Enchant Weapon R-Grade:
Increases P. Atk. by 6 for R-Grade one-handed swords, one-handed blunts, daggers, spears, and other weapons when enchanted. Increases P. Atk. by 7 for two-handed swords, two-handed blunts, dual swords, two-handed fist weapons, and crossbows. Increases P. Atk. by 12 for bow weapons. Increases M. Atk. by 5 for all weapons. P. Atk. and M. Atk. greatly increase starting at +4. All amounts are increased for Blessed weapons. Cannot be used on weapons above + 16. Enchant success rate is raised by 10%. Prior enchant value remains after enchanting failure.
The red line is what im interested in. Does this mean its kinda like a destruction enchant and if you are enchanting a +15 weapon and it fails it will stay +15 or will it go back to +0?

what is the diference in 1 Ancient Scroll: Enchant Weapon R-Grade vs 1 Scroll: Destruction Enchant Weapon R-Grade?
If enchant fails, both remain same enchant value?
The Ancient scroll is like a Destruction scroll (saves the previous enchant value), except it has an additional 10% bonus to the success rate and you can enchant your weapon to +16.
