yes i tried in other towns too doesnt work at all with withdrawing from clan warehouse
We are receiving some reports from players who are not able to Withdraw from Private/Clan warehouses, however we see that some players can do this with no issues. Although no pattern or cause has been found yet we continue investigating this issue. If you are seeing this issue please let us know through a support ticket, including character and server name and also what items you are trying to withdraw. Thanks!
NO Clan leader can open their clan warehouse, so now we know its a update problem can just move to fix it since that is a BIG problem. Its not a client side problem.

It might still be a client or update problem, but we are still investigating and trying different things, and until we find the cause and a solution we cannot move to fix. The support team is handling it, please be patient.
I just know on Chronus out the 19 leaders i talked to all are having the same issues. Also they cannot update the clan notice either.
It is not that I am not patient I understand things are not in your control but it is more of a global issue then a client side issue as some bugs are.
sace is correct sly , ive been able to access clan wh on low alt clan np, but our cl gets nada when he tries , i wondered if it ws clans with clan halls that have an issue or just random ?

- to day i was del system and update again 2 times
- used Repair 2 times
- Del game and download again 1 times

You could significantly shorten the procedure if you got in contact with your colleagues in Taibei. They have been collecting player feedback on the Clan Warehouse bug since two weeks.
Just tested on one of my chars that is a clan leader of one of my clans.
Server Naia, Warehouse Keeper on Fantasy Isle, I could retrieve or store items in clan warehouse or in private warehouse without a problem.
For CWH, tried stackable (coarse bone powder, non-grade soulshots) and non-stackable (harvester, academy D-grade light body armor) items.
I didn't try other warehouse keepers or chars though.
In Magmeld I just tried with my alt clan in Aden, and I can't get any item back. The windows doesn't open when i click "withdraw". It seem that deposit works fine but im not sure, i can't see what is inside.

Unfortunately I can't access my clan warehouse, and it seems that item windows are a bit buggy. The window will close really fast but in my case I can't even get my clan warehoue window to open, i've tried a different comp and also consistency check
still can't access clan warehouses, quit trying to add new things if you cant have something that has been in the game over 8 years continue to function.
i did try all 7 signs and villag . all can't open the window :

Although someone said fantasy insland can open it but it doesn't work :) . i try to make 1 new clan with another char and up clan to lv 2 : clan warhouse work .

I had this problem earlier today, but I think I managed to get it to work for a bit today, maybe was dreaming though, lol. If the problem is only occuring at certain times, it may be that this is time-specific and not specific to certain clans/players.
I've had no troubles with pvt WH on any of my toons.
seriously its been over 3 days, the problem is not fixed. the problem started when i accidently filled the wh, which should not be a big deal but apparently thats a mindboggler

In the process of testing the full WH theory with my alt clan. So far I have one item in there, and am able to open it. Going to buy some junk items and try to fill it and see what happens.
NPCs all stopped responding then disappeared, so giving up on the test.

Confirmed - This issue is happening due to full warehouses.
With 15 items remaining until full I was still able to withdraw from my alt clan's warehouse. I deposited 5 more items and the warehouse is now glitched and I can't withdraw anything.
So, simple fix, if you're unable to withdraw anything from your WH, just empty it out a little bit and you'll be fine. XD

Yes, it's definately new with this patch, as my CWH is always full and have never seen this before.

Clan Angelineri have the wharehouse not full and clan leader FlintGoldmine can open the withdraw window.
Clan GoldmineBank have the warehouse full and clan leader TasilGoldmine cannot open the withdraw window.
So you could try to move an object in the private warehouse of TasilGoldmine from clan wharehouse of GoldmineBank and i check if works.
In Korea everybody is at the moment busy with Lindvior, trying to get that update live in time so that the November Olympiad can start regularly (because of the peculiarities of the Korean payment system the Olympiad is one of the few things that still makes NCKorea any money). When Lindvior is live, the developers will have the time to attend to overseas problems

i can see Juji ! But this problem really serious .... ppls can't take items when we need it exam : for pvp , trade , quest or craft ...blah...balh ...
If tomorrow maintenance can't fix this issue . You can move 16-20 items from CWH to Equipment . Please we was wait 1 week and hope this maintenance can fix this issue ..... Please hlep ppls Juji :)
Edit: Apologies for the confusion. No, there was no update on the clan warehouse issue in today's maintenance; a fix is not yet released. We are still looking into the matter and testing potential fixes and we will implement a fix once one is confirmed.
I'll ask here, since questions via support tickets were simply ignored,
is there any chance that GM would manually retrieve items for clan leaders, who are unable to do it them selfs due to well knows issue, that has no ETA on fix?
I will also ask here because the questions via ticket with respotas nothing to do with the problem.

Has anyone noticed that, even if you are able to store more than 190 items, only 190 items will be displayed? The 191st and 192nd item won't show up until there are less than 190 items in the clan warehouse.
