STR question & Power Attack / Damage

1. Does 120 STR provide 50% more power attack than 80 STR ?

Example : 1000 -> 1500 power attack

2. Does 100% more power attack equals 100% more damage in PVE/PVP ?

3. Does 100% more power attack equals 100% more critical damage ?

4. How much influence 100% more power attack has on normal skills ? ( small, half, big, exact numbers ? )

3. Does 100% more power attack equals 100% more critical damage ?

So bassically +16 weapon and 150 STR makes little difference in skill damage.

What about the rest of my questions ?
