When are we getting a fix for the augmented underwear, an item that many people paid real money for? Week after week nothing... if I send in another ticket, why can't a GM just manually change it back, what is the problem?
So for yet another week I am likely to be seeing a great deal of the splash screen.
Several tickets over this stuck at splash screen issue got me nowhere. I have sent my erl files to inca in the hope that they can see what's going on but judging by their mail back to me, probably not :( as they insist my pc bluescreened and they need minidumps yet my pc hasn't bluescreened in several years so they could be waiting a long time.
Do you know if the instrument will be delete when the event finish?

Remove the Letter collector buff ?!?!? C'mon... seriously ? The only good thing in the entire event ?!?!?! If you do so, please remove all the others letter collectors; buffs inc the 7th and 6th anniversaries ...
if you plan remove all rewards from this event like letter colector gifts just anncounce it before event launch. now i know people who spent many money for these items, and now they will be deleted.. as for me it's np. i have ~50 of them. just from rewards. but for those who bought 1k or more it's really sad news :D
Wow, removing the actual 9th anniversary buff items? You should have mentioned that they weren't permanent and never let them be tradable. These were never deleted in the past and quite a few people purchased these with their own adena to use in the future...

Consider improve server performance, reduce automated groups and back server at least to "normal" state.
This action don't depend of any korean development team. If GM's want, they can do.
i read the event page rewards which is what most people do. considering theyve never been deleted before it was a proper assumption to think they werent getting deleted this time. in almost every single event, any type of reward that is tradeable and gives some sort of in game benefit is never deleted.
people enjoy being forum warriors too much. put that effort into leveling your characters so you can become relevant for once.

True, we should read the event description before hand to see whether event pointless or not, and for the majority of players the event gift item was the only decent reason to do the event due to the as usual crappy rates of getting anything else. Yes I am guilty also of not reading the event description, BUT I like others did assume the gift items would stay.. just like the yellow buff gift items stayed in game last time (you know the ones that looked same as the pink ones from this time only yellow) and YES the old yellow ones are still in game.. there are still some ppl selling them in AH..
but seriously NCS, you had a Database clean up promising us that the downtime for maintenance would be shorter.. and sure enough it is 4 hours every week.. without even fixing the bugs we have had since Lindy came out.. can we get any idea of a timeframe for fixing the bugs at all??

- When u start the game ur character doesn't appear bout sometime.
- The cloack is not in the character when u logged in to the game.
- so much lags during u playing game.
- No more drops in the sistem of economy on the game.

the actual irony i see in this lays in the fact that people got offered 400 coins for compensating their account security for a pretty account manager when they could have actually taken the opportunity to add an additional fail safe to the existing system and on top of that also let us merge our accounts into ONE NC master account like they did with guild wars. instead you now log in with your actual email into your master account and into the game and even with the same passwords.
gratz to all of you who played along for $5 and i hope it was worth getting your accounts robbed for this.
but hey, its a fair exchange: you can now fight to finally get your "free" coins and have them deleted too if you dont use them in time!

lol who is overpowered in pvp from that? I guess you don't come across many people with rose buff/divine pots on.
It would have been better if you had deleted the instrument and recompensed us for the Letter Collector's Gifts, if you had to remove them. Nothing earned in an event should ever disappear, since technically the playerbase is now financing the events via ncoins.

I got tired about BIG lags, no bug fixes and other stuff, so i deleted the game and start playing another stuff. And yes u will say "so why the F***k are u here?", and is because i wanted to say this.
the NcFail is more and more pathetic.... never buff items have been removed so ppl where buying them so they can use l8er... and now just before maintance u announce u will remove them..... WTF ?????????? some ppl had like 100/200 even 1k of those items and now they lost this way tons of adena ?! no bug fixes just stupid ninja costume ?!

I'm a US player, too, and I still get lag, cannot see my player or NPCs right away and cannot move at log in. Must be just your region of the US that they mysteriously fixed without actually fixing, you lucky dog! :p
Not much lag here at all in my part of New York, but I do get the slow load when I first log in, as well as my cloak being unequipped...I just deal...it doesn't ruin my day. As for people and their coins, you should've just did it when you were told instead of crying and waiting, and you would've had and spent those coins already.
