The Senior QA Tester they are trying to hire has to manage QA tasks for both Lineage 2 and Aion. Is it true that NCKorea has not only outsourced the graphics but also the actual bit-and-bite coding of the game itself, with the developers just doing the mathematics and a subcontractor translating "temporarily increases P.Atk. by 10%" into 01000111100101? Is this the reason why it takes so long to get bugs fixed? You report them to NCKorea, NCKorea passes the task on to LotusblossomDotcom, and then nobody checks whether the students working there have actually done what they claim to have done?

I'm still finding it rather funny you think that I'm paid by NCSoft. You do realize doing or saying the same things over and over expecting a different result is complete insanity. I have no reason to lie nor the energy to. I have no admin powers..look at my name, it's a regular user account. Some of you think everything is this huge conspiracy. It's not. Myself and Tif just tell it like it is. It's really not that hard to understand. You just refuse to accept that and come up with all these made up scenarios that aren't even remotely close to the truth.

The consulting firm in Shenyang mentioned in the Guardian article is very professional, their codes are clean, well written and submitted in a timely fashion. What we see every Wednesday, however, looks more like the result of child labor. That's why I thought that in order to cut costs NCsoft might have contracted out the coding to some shady backyard studio in Yongsan (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yongsan_District) where extended families are toiling at their computers for 15 hours a day.
But after having seen your list I had another idea. It is possible that in order to keep the server code halfways secret, NCsoft is splitting up the work. Some modules are sent to India, some to China, and some to Kaesong. It's maybe a coincidence, but I have the impression that the bugs got worse after the tensions between Seoul and Pyeongyang escalated in April: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaesong_Industrial_Region#2013_closure_and_reopeni ng
Insofar it would be really good if Vali could provide us with more information about those "external teams". If NCsoft's subcontractors are really operating in North Korea, then the quality of the game could be significantly increased by US players bombarding the White House with petitions to finally sign a peace treaty so that the Kaesong Industrial Park can get back on track. It is far more cost efficient not to produce bugs in the first place than hiring tons of QA staff who ultimately can only send the patches back to Korea for reworking.

Have you not heard of Big Bear or Mammoth, we have skiing and snowboarding. Not many frozen lakes to drop your truck into unfortunately.
