This is incorrect because the time limited things in the L2 store, including the halloween bundle, the trick r' treat pack and the outfit bundles, have already been removed before the maintenance. "From October 28th to November 6th" apparently means October the 5th in NC terms...
Good as always for all Wednesdays no good place in those events, only for q have adena do that for others and the misery of adena drop is in the server not think q have chance to participate in these events. Hagan events for all players not only for $ they already have ...: Confundido:

Well... Daily quests reset in GW2 happens 1 hour earlier ever since the change to the winter time, October 27... So I guess that either Vincent missed that, or someone at NCWEst has woken up later than usual.
I also seem to recall that the servers didn't have their clocks set to the daylight saving time.

Server time and real life time is different thing. I also do not go sooner to work because is winter time ;)
Then it should went back 1 hour. GMT+2 = maint at 14h, so now it should be 13h, no? :)
Again, the servers didn't change into daylight saving time when it was time... So I'm guessing that either that had some influence on the maintenance (but really, I was sure it happened at 1 p.m. last week), or they received the patch later than usual, or someone didn't wake up in time.
CoC hours should be the hint...
alooo ppl vince is rite, we already have one mt after time change last Wednesday , before time change for me mt start in 14-18.00, last Wednesday was 13-17.00, and now today seams wil be 14-18.00... i not se point why is not early like last Wednesday, also last weakened oly/cs start 1h early from before time change, did now in future again will be in time like before ?

Well they could at least announce the correct time then.. 12pm UTC = 1pm GMT+1. Server went down at 2pm GMT+1

We're on Pacific Standard Time now. Next week's maintenance post will reflect that correctly. The change won't affect the server time.
Spam clean up is being addressed, give it time.
Valiance patch notes are being worked on at this time. No eta on release date just yet.
