Anyone tried Elf race Tyr Dreadnought / Khavatari with full +DEX setup and light Armour ?

Superior Light Armor Mastery
STR + 2. Max HP + 5368 and P. Def. + 89, P. Accuracy + 3, P. Evasion + 6, and Speed + 10, Atk. Spd. + 15% and chance of receiving a critical attack - 5% when equipped with a Light armor.

Superior Heavy Armor Mastery
STR + 2. Max HP + 5368 and P. Def. + 104 when equipped with a Heavy armor.

Khavatari may be better because it can't cap critical rate. But Dreadnought would look cool too. Both would be very fast speed wise.
I haven't tried it, but if you're on the front lines like a good Tyrr should be, you're going to want heavy. But on the flip, again I've never tried, if you're always behind a tank in a CP or w/e, the light seems to have some advantages offensively. Not only your passives though...consider what the armor offers as well. Properly enchanted and elemented, it might not be half bad. I'm traditional though...my Tyrr wears heavy.

Oh...light elf? He may take a beating lol.
In Valiance, what you want to be is Duelist + Heavy. They will have around 35% physical/magical critical damage reduction.

But what does a tyrr want in its build?
-If you wanna go full DPS, you will be squishy. And even with a full-DPS stacked build, a Yul can deal way more damage than you. WAY more. Pew-Pew and you're dead. Evasion won't save you from a Yul or a dagger.

But, if this is what you want, DEX won't help you much. Atk. Speed and Critical are almost capped if you're full buff, and investing in evasion and accuracy for a tyrr just isn't good.

STR should help, but the difference is just...lame, in my opinion:
.Your skill critical rate will still be low:

.DPS of skills will be increased, but just too little:

.DPS on normal attacks, I never found a test for that. Of course it increases, but how much? Is it worth it?
.Also for skill mastery % increase, never seen any test for that.

-Now, if you wanna play a more defensive build, go CON. You'll get tons of HP, and survivability gives you time. The more time you have, the more damage you will deal, and you will be better in the disabler/lure role of a tyrr.
.DPS for auto attack with critical damage jewels is the only one that is increased significantly with more STR. But you better be dark elf if you go that route since it has an extra 10 STR over elf.

Elf & Human have same 82 Con, Dwarf 85, ORC 87, Dark Elf 77.

If you want CON build go with ORC, if you want DEX build go with Elf, if you want STR build go with Dark Elf.

Duelist overpowered
6/26/13 update - Master of Combat: When wearing Heavy Armor physical / magic critical damage reduction added.

How do you know it's 35% that is huge and makes him a tank against daggers and maybe archers.
