Valiance is a mega-patch comprised with Lindvior 2.0, Epeisodion and Raiders state of patches, thus putting us only slightly behind Korean servers in terms of updates.

That depends on where you are doing business. In the Pearl River Delta (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pearl_River_Delta) (nowadays primarily pharmaceuticals), Cantonese is definitely a plus. Otherwise I would strongly recommend Putonghua (Mandarin is the old Western name for that language). That's what every halfways educated Chinese at least understands, even if their active pronunciation is sometimes a bit off (Mao's "hopping" for "heping"/"peace" is legendary). The news on China Central TV are in Putonghua, police officers, immigration officials ..., they all speak Putonghua :)

No one cares whether they are the big in main manufacturing. The US does have a pretty huge tech industry (better than almost any other country) and their R&D for things like military equipment and weaponry is world-leading. We have one of the best space programs in the world. China is just not trying to put a robot on the moon...
China leads in manufacturing because people here will never work for what companies pay workers in China. The wages wouldn't even be legal (minimum Wage laws, etc.) in many cases. China has also constructed their manufacturing centers in a way that it is much more efficient to simply offshore the whole process and then ship the finished product in, than to shuttle things around from country to country (or city to city, or state to state) during the manufacturing process.
Cheap Transport during Manufacturing, Quick Turn around due to the setup of the facilities, idiotically low wages, etc. are why China is great in Manufacturing. They sell a lot of good because they are well set-up to mass produce them, and they hold a trade advantage vs. others due to the way they hold their own currency values down. If China had minimum wage requirements on par with the US or some other countries, what do you think would happen? The cheap China labor is what allows i.e. tech companies to build cheap and sell high to maximize profit margins...

The DoD does more than just fund R&D. The entire Armed Forces/Military is part of the DoD, so what you're saying sounds stupid and I'm not sure if you meant it or just didn't think through it before typing.
There were hundreds/thousands of people who died/were injured on 9/11 who had nothing to do with anything that was going on politically, so I'm not sure how you can make those statements. Really, you're defending people who shoot little girls in the head for believing in equal rights for women.

1. The military does what they're told to do. It simply doesn't work when everyone can simply say "don't wanna do that" and go home. There are jail cells for people who think they can do that. It's called a contract for a reason. You're aren't free to go until your time is up.
2. Terrorism is still being launched from countries like Afghanistan and Pakistan and those governments cannot be relied upon to do anything about it. If we didn't get Bin Laden they sure as hell weren't going to get him for us.
3. Your idea of what is "correct" and what really is correct in the grand scheme of things is not necessarily the same or supposed to be the same. If those people turned around and started bombing in your country then you're probably think differently. There are other nations in that region where the citizens have to make a lot of concessions IRT privacy and other things because of the kind of terrorism that goes on.
Even in the US, we have things done to us that we do not agree with. This government has to worry about its own citizens' well-being before the opinions of some random foreigner.

Yeah man... I'm saddened to say that I'm aware of this also. This has been going on since the passing of the Patriot Act in 2001 under President G.W. Bush.
Our constitutional rights were snatched from us, our government has been illegally invading other countries and committing war crimes. All because of a fear campaign aka 9/11 which was caused by our government. Not by Osama bin Laden or any "Muslim terrorist group".
