So there is a very specific use case that most people want to understand.
Take my character L99 Tyr Duelist.
I kept Duelist Spirit when I awakened instead of learning Berserker.
Duelist Spirit does not get expanded levels in Valiance scaling to level 99 unlike other skills (triple sonic slash, sonic rage etc).
I re-enchanted it to +20 over the course of leveling from 85 to 99 pre-Valiance.
When Valiance goes live, what is going to happen to this skill? Will it stay +20, will it get reset? or will I be able to continue to enchant it as from my reading only skills that were scaled to level 99 are prohibited from enchanting.
Further if the prohibition on enchanting was for unawakened characters, as I am already awakened am I exempt from the enchanting lockout?
As a side note the skills that get replaced automatically on my class (Hurricane Storm / Hurricane Blaster) which are currently +10, do I get Chaos Codex similar to when the Dagger classes lost Plunder in Lindvior?
The Duelist Spirit +20 enchant should stay, but you won't be able to enchant the skill any more regardless of being awakened or not.
There will be more details in the patch notes about the skill changes and replacements.
My judicator sub had all skills at least +10, 1 x +14 few 11 or 12... passives or actives... checked after patch and ALL RESETED!
I have on other account a tank 85 but NOT awakened. All skills was +10 too, some 9 or others 11... but mostly all +10. ALL RESETED!
So.... For me was clear as the related thread/post above that they would keep ALL SKILLS ENCHANT LEVEL! Just not allowed to enchant more!
