People that logged in last night got it, well, some of them, should give it out to everyone since such mistake happened.
I logged-in to check my accounts. And I don't have it. And support can't help me...or so they say.
I returned yesterday as well... Makes me remember how unfair some things were in this game and regret returning. They can check my account history if there is any doubt that I returned yesterday, and when I returned my level 85 had no gear because I have it all out when I left lol

happened to me too, reason is this:
in you account (same server) you have 2 or more chars. Lets say A char is the one you log everyday, than you have B char, a forgotten one that you never log in.
You log char B and since you dont log it since a lot of time it count you as 'return' player, most of the cases, char A is the high lvl one, so you get the pack in that toon ^^

To clarify , here is how it looks.
- Any account with a TOON that hadn't logged in received the returning pack.
- If you failed to create a lvl 1 alt at any point, you did NOT receive it.
- In my instance, I have no other toons on my server. I have 1 toon on a server I don't play. That toon received the returning pack.

Guys , the items are not for returning players or chars .. many ppl got them and they were online 1 day before maintenance . they just appeared randomly to half server and other half didnt got anything . What you have to say about it Juji ? You will speak or remain silent as usual and answer only when you have something ' good ' to say? We w8ting for roll back or give us all items ..

Next time you serious? I dont care if rolback not possible then give us all items .. half server is full of blessed epics on mains and alts and changed class for free its so unfair for us who didnt got anything
A lot of people that have been playing all summer have received the return back pack, while others haven't. It makes absolutely no sense and is entirely unfair to the people that haven't received it. Either you fix it right by removing those packs or you give the pack to everyone.

Did you check all your toons ? Seems people did indeed get the items, just not on their main in most cases as it had been logged in most recently.

No, you can only use the Chaos Essence for Dual Class, which is only available in the store. The one from the return pack is only for main class.

If i have some skills enchanted and i change my main class, in return for the lost enchants gonna gain inmortal scrolls???No you lose the skill enchants and there is no compensation like Immortal Scrolls. Those were only given out for Lindvior when we had the Class Diversification added.

The original intention of the Return Back Pack was to help inactive players jump back into the game, unfortunately due to a script issue some active users also received the pack. So to even things up for everyone, we're going to be giving everyone the Return Back Pack. Now, what does that mean exactly?
How it works:
Your account must be in good standing (not banned).
Must have at least one character level 1 or higher.
All items will be inserted to the warehouse of your highest level character on your account.
All items except for the metal suit pack can be transferred to other characters on the same account.
If you've received the pack already, you won't receive another one (duh).
All accounts that meet the above criteria prior to the August 6th maintenance will also receive the pack.
As you can see, the Return Back Pack won't be inserted until next week's maintenance, August 6th. The pack is well worth the wait. Thanks for your quick feedback we hope everyone enjoys the great items coming your way.

1. this "30-day" one...does that mean I have 30 days to use it, or the change will only last 30 days?
2. Is the change permanent?
3. Do you retain your level? (example, if I change my 99 Tyrr to say Dagger or w/e, will it be a level 99 as well?

I think, this have to do with skills themselves. If it is THE SAME skill shared across class variants, it'll remain untouched. But songs/dances are different skills. You might have had better chance changing PP to WC.

The Mark of Lumi skill is the same for every healer (Cardinal, Eva, Shilen) so when you change for instance from Cardinal to Eva the skill enchant of Mark of Lumi will stay the same.

My second CP healer is a Cardinal, while I'm a Shillien Saint. Guess what, we both have Mark of Lumi.
What he doesn't have is the new Blessing of Eva, which is not enchantable so the problem doesn't stand, and that's what Pleistoros defined incorrectly as a "racial skill", while is a class-specific skill. But all 3 healers share the same debuffs, the same heals, the same main nukes (except for the Ertheia skills), and Recharge/Mass Recharge.

I didnt recive any items. What to do? i I didnt been in game from 2013 year
check the warehouse of the highest level char in your account. You get 1 pack only and by the way it goes to the highest level char as they were logged out irrespective of server and/or subclasses. Ie if your main is 99 but was logged out on his lvl 65 third subclass and you have a lvl 66 dorf in the same account the pack will be in the dorf's warehouse even if it's on a different server than your main.
