I was just wondering why just becouse after i reached 100 lvl i get xp penalty on 97 - 98 raids its just 2-3lvldiference thought should i realy get the penalty from raids already ?
It's not the same 2 or 3, you are supose to not get any penalty from +-2 levels from raid, BUT you are indeed getting the penalty if you have 3 or more levels, just read raid description.

This is not true, the description refers to the drop chance when top contributor is 3lvls or higher.
You shouldn't get penalised on xp/sp before 5 lvl difference. Maybe something has changed, but I doubt it.

This is not relevant at all, on the lvl 99 mob he gets no penalty for whole 9 lvls and on the 85 one he starts to get penalty on 88 which is not the case atm.
Also this test is old, before they have changed the penalty system.
Character: Orc Iss Enchanter
Enemy: Dartanion (level 85)
Results:
Level 85 - 1,191,318 XP
Level 89 - 793,324 XP

adam is lvl 100, and the mobs he`s hunting is lvl 96, therefore adam gets lower exp and start to cry in the forums
/ontopic/ this lvl penalthy wasn`t been changed for long time, dunno from which private server you are comming, but when you see blue mobs you don`t get exp
the level penalthy that you were speaking is player wise and applies for the party you are making

Oh snap, dunno what private servers you're taking about, but let's stick to retail.
The OP is taking about 2-3 lvls difference, which means green mobs at worst case.There shouldn't be any xp penalty in this range.Let alone 2lvl diff where he still claims he gets penalty.
Who cares about the XP penalty. I'm more frustrated about the damage penalty. What's the point of having damage penalty on light red mobs? Or even Yellow mobs.

That has been the norm, since the times when ppl were trying to kill Kariks in AL and everyone was complaining that they die slow.
