I am sad about this change. In the beginning when the Brooch Event was introduced we dicussed this alot in this Forums why not add this 5-slot/6-slot Brooch from the start to avoid people to spend NCoins unnecessary multiple times for an item with same purpose.
I really hope you will add a in-game option where people can trade-in their 4-slot for a 5-slot? I mean people paid 4k NCoins for this item in past events and now its getting a forced update/upgrade by your side.

Yeah Juji, I second that! You were working with a Korean security company, any news about killing all bots? I'm tired of seem a lot of players in videos using 3rd party bot programs to play l2.

Please give us some new accessories like the phantom mask, black phantoms mask, evas mask, shyeeds white mask, gran kains black mask, AE AR AU Karm circlets, Black Gem Mask, flaming valakas hat to name a few. Some of these were only obtainable through game codes and others were available only once through an event and they were extremely hard to get like the Karm circlets. Only 2 evas masks were ever given out on each server back when fishing was first introduced. We have an abundance of eye patches and hair pins and demon horns etc.

Have you seen magmeld? It's too late, if "BOTS" are blocked/banned there won't be enough people left even WITH all 5 servers merged. Learn to adapt or we all lose out. It's hard enough to find war tags outside town, you wanna make it harder!

Is nice to hav new stuff in game / store . But i need to say smth about this , i have friends in game that have constant partys , playng 8-10 h a day , but they spend not so much in store ..... Point is that with every new "game update " we lose this players becouse they can not keep up with updates ..... Question is juji , why u don t protect also active players that can not buy so many ncoin to update ? For exemple new jewls , to put in some quests or smth , becouse again we gonna lose peaople that can not buy !! It must be simple , who wanna buy it fast with ncoin , to get it , and who can not spend ncoin , to farm for it !!!!! Ps: don t forget that people that don t spend money in store also keep the game alive , just becouse they are online all time and i can kill them with ruby 5 obtain after spend 273627338383 ncoin ! :))) ps 30 hair accessorys ? I don t say is bad but wtf hair acc :))) is stad of this maybe u can add dim wrap enchantment stones , that stones to compound is harder then topaz :))) and u get 1 random after farminh 1 week like maniac !!!! Very good post, you're right, it would be nice to do a quest that actually gave you something ya want. I failed my bracelet last night trying for +4, 2 more months to try again I guess.

You do realize that this game needs money and if they do what you ask will they be still able to pay for the server wide cost???.. if you really do care for those friends, buy it for them..
I think the fifth stone is an Amethyst which on level 5 increases PVP damage by 15% and can remove invincibility :p

Amethyst - Increase PvP dmg 15% and have 1 active skill that cancel the celestial. its like obsidian but it increase the pvp dmg. also the other 4 have active skills too

Please make the items available in game without currency as well (using adena/mats instead). There needs to be more of this so that the amount of adena on the server declines, as the economy is super inflated since the hacks last year that introduced trillions of adena.

the old change main / dual service would make your race become that of the dual class
in my case I used to be a human duelist with sws dual and after the change I became a light elf sws with duelist dual
this service is not like chaos essence/destiny stone where you get to keep your race

P.S. Thanks for the update Juji, really appreciated.I had better luck on Amazon than eBay buying L2 figures. Only buy them if you can confirm that they were manufactured in Japan. My old team leader was the one who commissioned for these to be made when he was working in NCJapan. I would be careful if the seller says the figure was made in China or Thailand.
The L2 figures are also very fragile, so you have to be extremely gentle with the weapons and hair.
1. Elf Mage - Weapon is fragile
2. Dark Elf w/Brown Skin - Weapon is fragile and figure has an awkward pose (leaning over the base)
3. Dwarf - Pony tails are fragile

Maybe they should also add the "change the dual class but keep your level" service at the same time? One of my characters is a 94 Wynn Spectral and 98 Yul Ghost. I'd make my Ghost the main with the new service, but I'd also probably change my Wynn Summoner to something else, like a Tyr or something. I don't want to lose the levels, though.
If it works like in Korea, you will, if you already have a 4 slot brooch on your character that you you are upgrading to 5 slot, have 15 spare tradeable 4 slot brooch boxes left that you can send to another character or sell to other players (you just can't put them up on the Auction House/*매대행):

This would actually be a smart move. The new Gems/Brooch would be L2 Store but older stuff would be available in game. This would generate revenue while also placating the non-NCoin spending L2 population.
It would also literally remove 100's of Billions of Adena from the servers (possibly even trillions). Think about it, the GE supply would almost immediately be exhausted and people would have to buy them from CH/Mammon. So it basically = 40m per box. We are talking 6-800m to make a lv3 Gem; 3-5b to make a lv3 Set. 2-2.5b to make a lv4; 10b+ to make a lv4 set. Some of the big spenders will drop 10+ just TRYING to make a lv5.

what issue would that be ? I've seen ppl getting active/passive reflect augments from the old Life Stones / Giants LS / Top Spirit Stones in this current update so it's still there just very hard to get which it has always been like that.

I cannot comment on the Destruction Enchant Weapon R scrolls being in the pack but i believe they are. I have personally received an Enchant Armor of Destruction scroll from one. I have opened about 40-50 of them.

Since i got a PM asking about them I may as well post about it.
The worst item you get is the super element stones. 0-150. I got quite a few of these. You may get lucky with those packs and get a Super element crystal 150-300 in one go.
Next is the enchant scroll packs. These are pretty common but about 80% of them were BEAR. I did get a few BEWR and 1x DEAR.
Then there is the enchantment stone packs. Many different stones. I think the ones are lucky enchant stones, high grade lucky enchant stones, and lesser giant enchant stones. These all come in the weapon and armor variety.
Next is the rare accessory pack. These offer you a chance at a Freya, QA, Baium, Frint, Orfen, Zaken, antharas, Valakas. From these chests i have gotten 2xFrint, 1xOrfen, 1xZaken, and 8 or 9 freya. These chests are actually fairly common.
Lastly is the Soul Bottle Chest. I have only gotten One of these and it was a Freya bottle. They can give 1xof any soul bottle.
Chances of hitting it big are pretty small.
In Summary, The rewards are not bad. Each chest costs about 100 mil adena. The loss is reduced depending on the reward. BEAR cut the cost by about 60%(depending on server costs). Some of them make you a little like the giants stones. You may get lucky and get a jewel of actual value but out of the 12 or so jewel boxes I opened i never got a single Baium,QA,Antharas, Or Valakas(the only ones actually worth anything).
The skill and tooltip are mismatching, but it will be fixed in the next maintenance. The skill is a reflect damage buff, not reflect damage resistance.

Thats why even though I am a NC coin spender, I just get whatever I need or like to enjoy or get going the game, I could spend way more but I need to set up my own limit with it.

That's your issue right there. The only product they sell is the game installed and running on your system.
The rest is selling you a service that they have always been upfront about being in control of.
Like was said, it's transient. Like renting a car, having a meal, staying in a hotel room, etc.
You can pay $0, or you can pay $200K and when it's done, it's still done. The only thing of value is if you feel you got enough enjoyment for the money you spent while it lasted.

I've personally spent over $500 here on the most recent RNG draws, I believe this was the event. Alien invasion.
Shortly after spending that kind of money and even though I did come out in the positive with items earned.. I still never seen the value and point to continue on these servers.
You are literally just dropping your money into a magicians bag and it is disappearing.. They do nothing to change the situation and just introduce more RNG like this Ruby event or w/e.
Long story short.. What did I learn here? Don't waste your money on games that advertise as 'FTP' because you are always going to have to either pay out the *** or farm to keep up with the big guys on the server, biggest regret of my life since I haven't played since october and am still asking myself what I was thinking by buying into this joke of a game.
Good luck fighting against top clans with fully botted parties and scripting all over the map, good luck farming their raids, good luck PvPing them or using any of your items to join a siege because that is also redundant.

Skills arent displayed properly, both epic and normal.
If you're doing epic, you have to pay really close attention to his skills, cause otherwise you will miss when to run/hug.

He have a very valid point, 1% spoil rate per gem R is insanely low.
Saying "It can be bought with adena" is just stupid, where do you suggest we farm adena for it? :D

Agree with you, epic raids are lv. 99 and drop nerf start at lv. 102.
If they make it harder just to allow lv. 102++ to farm easy instances like that, they completely *** with 98% of the server.

WTB "Pitchfork the GM" Event. Last hit on GM gets 1 quadrillion XP and GM explodes like a cheap piñata, releasing new never before seen Boss jewels at random.
if you want to make a good server, simply remove the bot forever. it makes no sense to make an anti bot that is only for a week.
you are putting together different servers, schedules, players, clans. they have to adapt again have to give a good reason to do so.
server Korean, Russian, core, have servers with 5/7 thousand people, the game is the same one the administration is different.
you might have server with many people, old players ask, are waiting for this new anti bot to play again.
ncsoft believe in, believe in juji you will do a good job. but do not forget if you want to lift these servers the solution is not new events, merge servers, simply make effective antibot.
lost much sense as pvp, sieges, Olympiads, instances, can not compete with a robot and this game is made for people. people get bored taking damage 50 people together. not being able to use a simple skill because 90% of people have bot, anti hide and other advantages.
I hope this time is final, many people like me have been waiting for this day. where winning is by own merit .... not the bot
