Juji I need your help, I got ban yesterday on two accounts mikenas/akatsuki. I guess some haters reported me as a bot. I have never used bot and will never do it. I just have been using the new macross systems.
I don't understand why I got ban. If these repetitive automatic macross is something that ncsoft put in game to enjoy. This makes not sence. I want my items back and also my toons, I will never use bot, my friends from clan and some others support me, I'm a 100% legit player, please juji do something about this you can't permit this you can not allow this injustice.
I sent a lots of tickets to [email protected] and they told me that I had used third party programs, which is crazy becuase I don't even have used bot in my entire life, I have a program called battle ping, this program is usually used in latin america because of our bad internet, so we used it to has a lower ping, and a quickly answer in my connection. And this program is legal, but may be its the reason why I got ban? Because if the tickets says that I used third party programs is because theh detected a third program.

lo que pasa es que tienes instalado algo algun script antiguo o algo de bot en tu sistem aya sabras tu.
tambien si usan teclado gammer en modo automatico tambien es bot y = te banean . es casi imposible que te banen sin haberlo usado de seguro prestaste la cuenta alli si cagastes

If he says that he have never used bot is because he didn't. Do you think that someone Who use z ranger or any other program will make a post on forum like this? be more Reasonable before you say something like that. :p

Mikenas is a dear friend of mine, I've known him for many years. I'm faithful that he wouldn't use these kind of third party programs, considering that the only thing he's "guilty" of, is using the very same macro system that ncsoft added into their game.
All the macro talk he's using; is referring to what ncsoft themselves just added into their own game, with that new self-repeating macro system they just enabled. He's experimenting with the new macros, only difference is that he apparently was smarter with them than most others.
Although NC made and still makes mistakes, I'd recommend you to quit if you really didn't use anything ( you know best if you did). They won't unban you and if you're legit as you say, then there is no reason for you to play here anymore. Many ppl use the auto macro, myself included, if that's the reason (which I doubt it), then again there's no reason to play here too.
And if you've used some bot shid, then you've no right to complain here at all.
If it is true what you say, NC should correct their mistake. Try to mail Juji here on the forum, I think he reads pms.
Btw, was it perma-ban, not these 3 or 5 day vacations?

no, looks like it is a perma-ban, but it sucks you know? because someone who never bot get ban, and some others who use it always are still there in game playing... btw I believe in justice so I think he will get it back. :D

I don't think quitting is the better option here, if he made this post is because he really want their accounts back, he lost bunch of items/adena. And it wasn't 85 toons, mikenas its s 101 iss so, it hurts u know. :mad:

Nevertheless - since L2 community has always been next to cancer - I suppose its possible you are trying to get unbanned for using a proper bot and arguing that you were using a macro instead.^_^

Obviously the new anti -bot system does not work , because the bot still and sending spam in the city .But evidentemten the sum of reports makes you ban , I have never used program bot, nor as done to do that. hardly use English well and use google translator . The gm can see that my pj is normal, can come and see the nacros and see I'm right .
