Some people are even reluctant to make OE R99 Amaranthine weapons cuz since the over-supply of kelbim and Tauti, the price for OE R99 weapons have been falling and falling...and yeah this includes the bloody weapons, too.

Dont you think it is very good? imo OE R99 weapons should go even cheaper than now, speccially for those poor guys you worry about, so they can get better gear.

Why?
+4 or +5 R95 weapons are fine for your average person. And +4/5 R99 is certainly more than acceptable.
Those are also super easy to get with minimal (if any) effort. +2 and a giants will net you a +5 weapon pretty often with 0 risk.
Lots of people will earn up both of those kinds of scrolls pretty often over time so long as they do the daily/weekly raids and instances.
So even if it takes them 4-5 times to get that GEWR to +5 a weapon they will have put in a minimal investment to the OE part.
The Kelbim/Tauti weapons are better than those weapons but inferior to the higher OE'd ones (but can still have some great functionality like the Tauti wrath skill).
These are weapons that people can get via events, or some careful saving, as they are not too expensive (relative to very OE'd weapons) and have no real risk involved in making them.
OE'd weapons above +7/8 represent a serious investment in money. You're either risking blowing it up or resetting it to 0 unless you decide to go with very expensive scrolls and items to prevent or minimize how much they drop.
Someone walking around with a +12, and especially higher, has put in a LOT of money/adena into getting it to that point one way or another. That isn't a situation everyone will be equal in.
So I need no reason to change things right now in that sense. If anything, I'd say they should let you OE the Tauti/Kelbim weapons like you can with weapons like Ron's blunts and Spezion Claws.
If you want to keep them reduced cap the maximum OE value (not sure what specific value would be the best to fix them at, maybe +8?). That would give them a needed boost via the OE value and the Soulshot damage increase, but still keep them below highly OE'd dark/bloody r99.

You spend 45B for +12 bloody weapon then, all of a sudden, you see the price dropping to 25B-30B; How would you feel? You spend 700B for +8 bloody set and then see the price dropping to 45B, how would you feel?
This is exactly the type of situation that's been happening for bloody weapons since the arrival of Kelbim & Tauti. Yeah, it will be nice to see the price dropping for OE Bloody weapons but NOT at the cost of losing the major Ncoiners either by stop spending or leaving the game forever.
Dropping price of Bloody & Dark gears is also giving the wrong impression that many people are quitting, that the game will be dead at any moment, which as a consequence, accelerates the vicious cycle, making the people actually leave the game.
As for the Kelbim at 8B? Well, wait till we have the hungry horse event in 1-2 weeks and you will see what I mean.
It is a Game there are only pixels I dont see any gravity, only for those who get any profit from selling stuffs for rlm, and those who have waste a lot of money to get gear XD; I just think cheaper prices on stuff is just so good for ppl.

Dont worry, nobody will quit the game just because of low prices, it just will be better for the servers tio have more ppl able to do some decent pvp, and you will feel good about the brazilians in better gear.

I actually really really like it. Idiots buy Kelbims and Tauti's. Both of those weapons are **** in PvE and both of them are **** in PvP. A +12 dark/bloody weapon with appropriate SA's and Augments will out damage those crappy things 2 fold. I've only ever owned a 2H Tauti blunt that I bought off someone for 12M adena, so I say I got a good deal, but I noticed how ****** it really was and sold it right away.

Dream, I don't see it. I have Kelbim Dual Daggers for my Othell, but I also enchanted an R99 bow to +12. The only thing my Kelbim did was allow my to change my +10 dual daggers to a bow then finished them to +12 for my Yul. Buying gear is like playing the market, some days you win some you lose.

I think the point more isn't that they are ****** weapons to begin with but they cannot be upgraded unless you want to put on a 25B 3rd SA crystal on it for no good reason. When you get a R, R95, or R99 there are always ways to improve them, not so with these.
I would rather spend 1B adena on a +0 R99 weapon clean and put 11B adena in it than 12B outright on a Tauti or Kelbin, simply because I know that eventually the R99 will hit harder. I'm not saying that being 85-98 with a Tauti 2 handed blunt is bad, I'm just saying at 99 it becomes almost pointless unless you are a titan with a SoS buffer, but even then a OE R99 retributer is better because of Augments.

these weapons have 450attr, that means it pawns any weapon that havent same of better p/m attack(including SS/BSS bonus) and after that some of u are talking about daggers, since we all know that the only dagger that ll make the diference is the PVP one for pvp and the PVE one for pve (U CAN ADD THE KELBIM HERE COS THE 450ATTR). or if u are stupid enough to add the 3SA on apoc/spec.
same goes for bows, if u have less than 30k p.atk the only way to improve ur SKILL dmg, is buy/adding +P.SKILL DMG, MORE THAN 335ATTR OR VIA SOULSHOT BONUSES.
those weapons are more than welcome to the game, the legits out there playing for more than 2 years are very happy with these weapon.

1.gazilions of adena only bot partys can make...now those times are gone.
2.now bot ppl are selling their top items for rmt and leave servers to go where they can bot.
3.ncsoft will not alow players to aquire proper adena w/o buying ncoins(see GE price now in ncoins and more examples).
4.your l2 pixels are not your property.
5.Pixels are highly volatile.Why? Coz NcSoft need to put food on table every month(day) like you(yes, you player! or you dont eat every day?)
6.So, if you want more then kartia, kamaloka, octavis, istina, and few more put money on the table and improve your char every day.
how? who said +12 weapon its max enchant...make +18 and you will be special.

Calm down Satan. I owned several of them and i can say they are very good for the budget. Split the making cost of 1 - which sums around 8.4-8.8B depending on the Fragment itself which is being sold.
Its similar to Final Shadow Weapon Form but more PVP oriented - also remember 1 its an a affordable weapon for the masses who would like to pvp on low-mid tier.
Kelbim-Tauti weapons appeared first before the new SA - so that means, they were equal like +8 Dark weapon. (None of the SA`s gave pvp dmg as now)
Scroll alone to make is way more than the price of the whole Kelbim weapon and is equal to Tauti but what about the enchants and SA then 2nd SA for R99 is 5k RGems?
Kelbim and tauti were never meant to compete with bloody/dark high oe weapons heck even check the min requirement its R Grade (Weapon which can be used by 85lv) and if you`re new returning player this option is very good compared to any R99 +12 1 SA for a limited budget.
Weapon is good till you reach 101 Lv. (PS it can be done without AF just by grinding Kamaloka/CC/Baylor)
And no a Kelbim/Tauti will never drop the value of high OE R99 Weapons - prices are going down only due to increased supply(cheating clans leaving etc)

First you are not fully geared and its bad cuz you loosing everything (every gainak/siege/dragon/baium/lilith/anakim) Everywhere you will meet someone who is outside your limits and be ***** even 60-70 vs 20 lol...

Kelbim / Tauti is not even 1% of problem (In my opinion they only making game better) You take Kelbim dagger and can focus OTHER STAFF! w/o investing numerous amount of adena for bloody/dark in one side, augment in other, 2 sa in third , and enchant as final GARBAGE!! And btw no guarantee! that you success augment/enchant! you can pay 20 bil and still be with +5% crit dmg augm and +0 weapon ...
I guess we should consider ourselves lucky that they never made the decision to sell Ancient Hero weapons to sub 99 level people for ncoins, not Hero coins. Then you'd really be upset about the impact on the market.
Kelbim, Tauti, OE R99 weapons -- these are considered luxury items. You just have to accept that you cannot drive prices just because you have a gift at OEing something. If you ask many of the players, the prices for all of those items is still much higher than they need to be. It's all profit at some point, depending on how you OE (I never use the lesser enchants crap). It's just a question of how much profit.
I've hunted with everything up to +15 Dark/Blessed/Bloody weapons and I'm here to tell you that you can level just fine with a +4 weapon equivalent to your grade and level. Maybe people won't group you, but so what. Find a clan that will. Or start your own. And yeah, PVP may be a different matter, too, but if you're hoping that your weapon alone will spell the reason for your victory in PVP, you're going to lose. Bet on it.
There are two types of players.
-Those who want to be with top gear
-Those who want all players to have similar (in terms of power) gear
Unfortunately L2 supports the first type.
Please don't cry if something happens and other players can get sth that is 10-30% weaker than top gear.
PS. Oh and btw R99 gear is cheaper because of Red Save Cards and Heavenly Enchant weapon scrolls being tradeable.
Who needs lesser stones when you can get HEWR for 3 bills? A +8 weap with Red Save can become +12 with 12 bills.
