Fixed an issue where pop-up text sometimes did not appear on the 5th Shortcut bar.
Raid bosses can no longer be buffed with Aeore Healer buffs once again.
Removed all Bracelet, T-Shirt, and Belt items from Daily Level-up Rewards.

Hi Juji u know if the problem whit PC cafe points is fixed? becose NC Bard Tulesir keeps giving them as reguard and wen i try to use whit my sub class NPC who ask for pc points keeps saying i dont have and wen i click on item it says i has 500 PC points but npc cant see i has them. I also has 2 or 3 more on WH

It's better to solve the whole raid farmer issue by giving the raidboss permanent UD unless all minions have spawned with him. The reason why there are no lv85+ raids on open field because farmers kill them before minions spawn and don't have to deal with Fear, Stun and other debuffs the Minions do.

If you know the respawn time of this raid just make your party ready BEFORE he spawn. When he spawn attack him without thoses minions. That's all.

All what they need to do is to give random rb up time. If rb is up 18+ random 6 and not like now with constant time all will be changed... They change game instead change time... like this started NC one day will make to we not may buff with speed golem in CC...
give random time in all rb's !!! 18+random 6 or even 12+random 12 will give pvp for boss, will give constant search activity in map, will give option to all get part of rb's in servers if they are fast and skiled ppl... NO like now if some OP ppl kill today rb in "20:30" to know the tomorrow that rb will be up again in "20:30" and have monopoly in him. Make them to camp from "14:30 to 02:30" next day if they like rb or someone other will kill him...

Why? Because none of those Eviscators or Titans would be able to solo the raids when they have to deal with Fear, Stun etc. the minions give. Killing the boss before the minions spawn is just cheating due to faulty mechanic.

Come on dude, if you wanna kill one raid you come with optimised pve party. Don't expect kill fast a raid with some feoh / dreadgnouts / saya seer / archers as DD. If you wanna kill really fast one raid you come with titans / evi / sumonners (with transformations books learned), some br and sos.
If you don't wanna titans or evi soloing raids, you can also nerfs tanks. On some raids you can use a tank agro all minions and using reflect skills. Minions will kill themself on this tank ... Come on there is thousand way to kill fast a raid. Do an optimised party for raids and you can have some chance to kill them.

That's called exploiting the system, so basically the same as cheating :rolleyes: but in the end, you can't expect anything new from an old chea... :)
Used to be people doing these raids to get geared and leveled up, especially new low level players. Now these raids including level 88 ones are farmed by greedy adena selling and rmt players. Such a shame whats become of the game.
As to why the rate is so low, I guess that the developers feel that there is too much wealth on the servers. Maybe they don't want people to have an army of alts who kill Kimerian every day and sell any drops in the Grocery, then selling the adena for dollars.
I myself do those instances just for the Boss Master Daily Reward. It's often an R-Grade Crystal, sometimes even a Gemstone R-Grade :)

LOL really? How you think to jump gear farmed 3-4 years in auto mode? You tihing that OP chars with 103+ lvl, +10 dark sets, +15pvp/dragon weapons will easy let you to you make your setup more good to may kill them same fast as they may kill you?
You play L2 or some other game, we are not in 2012, when all was with +43333 R95 sets, now is almost end of 2016, ppl have 300+b in items in chars, go and get them...

we can see this clearly, if they dont build their gear using the knowledge they ll get by playing the game, stuff like this ll happend alot.
