Get rid of Iss class and their buffs but give ALL CLASSES those buffs as PASSIVE SKILLS. That's right. This way, all classes will have no need for buffs no more. Simplify the game with just tank + DD + Healer should be fine; and allow 1 client per 1 IP address.

1. Soloing will be hassle free and so much better. Players will be more focused on the game and just enjoy the game without worrying about the mechanics of box play.
2. This will enhance the quality of party plays. There will no longer be people boxing 2-3 toons at a party, which can be very annoying sometimes.
3. This will greatly reduce botting.
P.S. I haven't logged in since my 5 x DC on Wednesday, slept 10 hrs instead of 6 hrs to play L2. I feel good!
1) this is not a solo play game, different toons want different buff, dagger doesn't always want warrior.
2) if your party has someone boxing 2-3 toons you aren't playing with the right people..once in a while i'll bring my iss to fill the last balok slot and an extra br cant hurt.
3) what bots? the rmt botts, nope, the pvp script bots, nope. game doesn't need more dumbing down.
As someone who has payed a very large sum of Ncoin across multiple accounts, and made hardware purchases to run said accounts, I vote absolutely no. The less changes that Ncsoft can make right now the better, some stability would be a good thing right now.
To be honest, I make very little adena from my boxes. I did the math, and it would take me 20.8 years to recoup my investment. I don't rmt, so I have to do something to make adena as a solo player/adult with rl responsibilities.
It is not in ncsoft's financial interest at this point, with low sub #'s, to cut away the income they make from people like me with multiple boxes that invest across the board.

i can make roughly 8-10 billion adena a month playing about 6 hours a day with my multiple accounts
its taken a while to equip them all, but its worth it. (and nobody gets scammed) a few angry warriors in the olympiad hate my lvl 90-99 +8 twilight gladitors, but thats it

It's always funny when people who have no idea how the internet works recommends this dumb idea. I've lost count the number of times this has been suggested over the life of Lineage 2. I used to think that the people suggesting this change were doing so in an attempt to kill the game and not out of ignorance. I'm starting to believe it's just ignorance without malicious intent.
Some internet providers utilize firewalls that make it seem that all their users are using the same IP.
Apartment complexes, dorms, condos, and such that offer internet access generally do so under the same IP.
You could no longer play with your wife/husband/gf/sister/brother/etc.
There are millions of reasons why multiple people would be using what appears to be the same IP from the L2s server's perspective.
All this effort to inconvenience your player base for what reason? It won't stop bots as they can easily bypass such a system. I could easily bypass such a system while boxing. Then again I just might say screw it and quit further exasperating the loss of players.
This suggestion has always been an awful idea and I don't know of a single company that has successfully implemented such a suggestion.
the "1 cliente for 1 pc" can be done, core does.I don't know what this core is you mention but I can assure you I'd be able to get around a limit of 1 client per 1 pc. Bots wouldn't even care.
Eve does a limit of one client per one PC if you're logging into trial accounts and that's not particularly hard to get around.

Ah yes the old "YOU"RE PLAYING THE GAME WRONG BECAUSE YOU"RE NOT PLAYING IT THE WAY I WANT YOU TO PLAY IT!!!!" argument. Look man this game has a LOOOOOOOOOOOOONG storied history with boxing as doing so was a requirement to get to any serious level for a long time. I started dual boxing early because without an SE my SPS would spend far more time sitting than leveling. Ncsoft designed the game this way and encouraged it for years. You're not going to make that disapear without killing the game population even more.
