-I hope this Red Libra has new features on it that will explain why it's pushed till the 28th of the month.
-No disrespect to your team Lineage II services are anything but stable specially when more times than not during maintenance there are more things getting broken than getting fixed like that "Screen Notification" that is still up till now we have no infos if its gonna get fixed or not.

Honestly the events are more complicated than you think, especially when they need to not only translate Korean, they also make some modifications based on our locale's economy. They also have to configure correctly the L2 Store items which are much different in Korea.
edit: Its also probably to make sure they get the quest item counter working, which was broken a few times.
As for the "Maintenance" issues you have, in all honesty all they do 95% of the time is just restart all their servers and probably run a full backup of their sql databases. When they ever have issues its probably just due to 14 year old hardware, and what must be a gigantic database thats been migrated several times by different DBAs.

Nope, only rumor mongers said that.. if we ever get it and Neutron said that wasn't decided yet it will be part of next update as an ingame feature..
the amount of items needed for such upgrade particularly those that will only drop from raid bosses will make upgrading anything past +17 as expensive & hard to do as upgrading dragon weapons..

yeah, make 'red libra box' 1k coin each, and you get a random Red Certificate, to etheir exchange shadow, R,r95,r99,pvp/pve weapon, or dual class. But usually will drop elcyum powder or elysium weapon exchange ticket.

not you as well.. the whole upgrade R to R99 stuff ain't tied to Red Libra.. the only thing that Korea had for 1 time only was right after that functionality was introduced ingame they REMOVED the ability to exchange R/R95 weapons from Red Libra.. that's all there was and they got bashed for it so it was restored per usual in the follow up versions ever after..

I wanted this service more than year ago. Since then I have like 5 new chars with higher level (and I didn't play nolife, actually had a lot of breaks). Ppl are so lazy.
That whole system was a really bad idea and nobody in Korea seems to use it. Like Draecke stated previously, the option to change R-Grade and R95 weapons to something of the same grade was re-introduced in the Red Libra events after one failed try.

you are obviously an idiot, because its not just about the levels, its about the lvl 4 brooch jewels the +7-10 shirts, and everything else that you cannot trade, leveling is easy, obtaining those items... not so much
hello your company has been stealing me and many players money for several years , the examples i can remember for now and the most recents are:
- Ninja Path about epic jewels who give % pdef/mdef, many ppl buyed a lot and then...even after almost 2 years this path never implemented at 100% same as the thing with jewel brooch and Mammon.
-Ninja Path about the stats of Tauti frenzied Axe, says p critical damage 15% this is not right even in non oficial websites the info was better than --

Not lazy. Poor. Besides, it's not like you can move everything from your legacy character to a new character. And the things that you can move, like brooch jewels, etc., are pretty **** expensive to exchange. A year later I still haven't moved everything to the new character, and I'm actually one of the more wealthy players in game. I feel sorry for the poor chap still living in Momma's basement and earning minimum to middling income IRL. Or, you know, just the average kid/teenager who doesn't have the means.
That said, no, main class change won't happen. But I applaud everyone for asking anyway. NCSoft is the master of work-arounds, so maybe keeping the topic out there will encourage them to design a better solution than we have presently. You never know.

Except if you want to reroll to erthia race I really don't see the point as changing your dual class works just as fine ?

True L2 is not cheap. Like all other games from NCSoft. Anyway if there will be some item for change main class in future it will be really expensive (my tip is 64k nccoin - +-price for new character with basic brooch jewells and shirts). So... And I guess no point to have it 24/7 in store, so there maybe will be promotions time to time (like with red libra, shirts, brooches)... In my opinion there is no reason for waiting on this kind of service.

The only reason why I'd want this is because NCSoft keeps adding in features that require the main class to be a specific level in order to gain benefits and/or progress (new exalted quests, for example). Sure, Neutron worked to get the devs to lower the book requirements from 103 to 99, but that's a change which still has not been implemented yet 3 months after the update.
Other minor things, too, like NStore items having effects which only work on main and not dual (XP Bottles) or learned mounts from reaching max faction (main only) would be very nice for me to be able to utilize on my dual class, but I'm not as concerned about those.
Could you imagine how hard I'd have cried if the new exalted quests could only give credit if you were on a main class? I suppose I should feel lucky.
