Depending on ur playstyle u can do a lot of good combinations. I used to have a +4STR+4DEX-8CON for a long time until I got lvl 63 after that I went for +3CON+2DEX-5STR and +3WIT-INT and it has really been better. Ofc my playstyle involves a lot of movement and direct action that's why I needed more hp/cp.
You don't have many options on wpn, 2hd swords and the SA you like the most. For armor, you have more variety:
Tallum light if you want more mp regen, MAJ LA for more weight limit and stun resist (some say this is the best for pvp), NM LA for VR and DC LA for more atk speed and p. atk. it's not really that hard to choose gear for a kamael, since everything available (which is little) is useful.
IMO (and I don't play a zerk but a SB) I would try a DC light set with a Drago Slayer (Critical Bleed) and a tat set of +1STR-DEX and +2CON-DEX I believe that's a balanced combination with noticeable results that would do more good than bad.
I would prefer Focus over Critical Bleed. For Focus, it's an Infernal Master, instead of a Dragon Slayer. And if I had to put an SA on a Dragon Slayer, it'd be Health. There's no reason to put any other SA on it at all.
As for armor... I can't say much, I go for looks. My Berserker has Tallum Light... my Soul Breaker has Apella light... If you want to go for looks, those are the two best looking A grade sets for male Kamaels ever (Apella MIGHT be a little harder to get and perhaps impossible to use unless you have a clan lvl 7, or a lvl 6 where you're the leader, or if you're noble, which I don't think is the case). But if you want to be practical and go for whatever is truly good, I'd say Majestic or DC.
Damage all the way! DC is the best damage set you can get at a grade (it even rivals Majestic for archers if you consider the +1 str and 4% attack speed). Also L2 pvp is too random to use maj 'just in case' (maybe if your going for an organised). The Mirage PvP and 5% damage reduction thing is cool, but isn't worth the damage lose imo. Especially in a game that is 90% grind unless you bot. Just go nuts and hit things! It works for me and my zerker!!
The attack speed is actually really really useful. Speeds up the slowass' zerker normal strikes and allows you 'not' be perma' True Zerk.
Tallum is nice, but the mp regen is pretty terrible. 8% of crappy regen is still crappy regen. I always end up going back to the DC. Also, lucky for me (woot!) I have 2 +3 Divine Pain's. One is crit damage, the other is focus. I always tend to use the CD. If you have a Focus 3 buffer and some nice crit augments (+15-24 or so) the crit-rate is sill pretty good, and the damage is off the charts with a CD. It's also a lot more fun ^_^. I may never do a 13k skill crit in Goddard with a zerker, but I can at least hit as hard as the attack skills on my crits!
