A Dimensional Merchant is a NPC that allows you to share certain items between characters on the same server and the same Lineage II game account. These NPCs will assist you in sending the item and in receiving the item on each character.
This particular feature of Dimensional Merchants will become available after the maintenance of April 27, 2011.
How to Use a Dimensional Merchant
On the character that is sending:
Speak to a Dimensional Merchant NPC.
They can be found in any town or village.
Choose the option "Transfer an item between characters on the same account," then click on "Confirm."
You can share multiple items at once, but please note that it costs 1,000 Adena to transfer one item. Stacked items, such as a stack of one kind of soulshots, count as one item.
A drop-down list will appear, listing all of the characters on the server that are of the same game account as the sender.
From that list, choose the character that you wish to send the item to, and click "Confirm."
Please note that if you do not have any sharable items in your inventory and you click on "Confirm," no inventory window will open.
The next window that opens displays the items in your inventory that are sharable. Choose the item and quantity that you wish to share and move them to the Transfer window.
Once you're ready to send, click on "Confirm." The window closes, that means your item have been sent!
There is no confirmation message that says your item was sent. By opening your inventory, however, you can see that it was.
Now you can log onto the recipient character and claim the item(s) you sent.
On the character that is receiving:
Go to a Dimensional Merchant and choose the "Withdraw a Dimensional Item" option.
A window will open, displaying the items that were sent to this character.
Drag them into your inventory. The transfer is now complete!
The list of items that can be shared via the Dimensional Merchant will change occasionally.
Please note that this list of sharable items is not absolute. If you find an item that you can share via Dimensional Merchant but that is not on this list, please let us know what it is.
7th Anniversary Packs - These items are packages that contain more items inside. They can only be shared as a package when unopened. Double-clicking on this item in your inventory "opens" it.
Please note that there are two items generally referred to as 'fresh milk,' and with the same icon. 'Fresh Milk' can be shared via Dimensional Merchants. "Event - Fresh Milk" cannot be shared.

That's a very helpful function. ^^ soo we will be getting cape and accessories and agathions from this event? Isn't this the best event ever?! I love those kind of things. Thank you so much nc. We need more love for the accessories!
as u can see christams cookies cna be traded, aswell packages which each character will get during anniversary event so u can get a lot of revita popis during this event :P

Cookie says the same until the next maintenance ( cf screenshots of Sace ) so probably lolipop will be tradable too =)The other guy/girl is just to negative or he is just 85 lvl so he/she had to respond "NO YOU CAN'T TRADE THEM IS WRITTEN!" :)
As Cryo mentioned, the sharing ability will be come available on the Dimensional Merchant on April 27, 2011. That is the same day that players receive the first anniversary celebration pack. I've updated the original post to reflect this date.
Some answers to questions:
Can the april 27th 7th Anniversary Pack be exhcanged from my 77 bd (highest character) to my main class which is a level 58 Dagger? Yes! :) The Anniversary Packs can be shared via Dimensional Merchant to any character you wish that is on the same server and same game account. There is no level requirement for a character to use the Dimensional Merchant, or open an anniversary pack. (Keep in mind that there is a level requirement to open a Hero's Treasure chest-- level 20 and passed 1st class transfer-- but the chest itself can be shared to any character on the same server and same game account.)

Revita pop's can be traded?As explained in the 7th Anniversary Celebrations thread, Revita Pops are not tradable or sharable in any way, and will remain as such. We have, however, started giving players some different kinds of Vitality items, which do have some sharable flexibility.

It's a new feature for us and it remain after for the anniversary. :)

Will Christmas Cakes be transferable? Just want to know if I should just use them up now or actually save them for the character I care to use them on.
if you click on the cookie in your inventory it states it can be transferred through the dimensional merchant. if the item does not state this, it will not be transferable imo.

If you really want people to lvl up for GoD please add to the list any birthday potions, Revita Pops, Christmas Cakes and Candles and any other vitality items.
People have been asking for this for months it seems a little silly to just restrict to a couple of items when the ultimate goal is the same.

The items that are sharable, like the cookies were always sharable, but the method to share/transfer them was not made available until now (well, April 27), so their item-description did not mention it.
Please understand that improvements are being made. It may not be the specific ones that players have asked for, but alternative methods are coming available, and different (sharable) vitality items are becoming available.
The list may only be "a couple of items" right now, but the list will grow in the future.

when i started playing l2 again i thought i wanted to be a healer... after lvl 30 i decided otherwise and went for spoiler, but had already claimed the mask on the healer (doh!). :mad:
been watching twitter for codes, someone else got the last one :(
just a shame its going to waste, even though it would anyway... at least if it was on my main i could use it on occasion if i wanted too.

Same for me here, I got a Black Mask on a SE,my intention was to play 2 characters. Later I decided to focus only on my main and abandoned the SE. The black mask is stacked with the SE.
I would really love to have the black mask on my main, it would look really great with the Black Cape. Please, make the that item also exchangeable between characters through dimensional merchant.

unfortunately only the contents that aren't th actual SP/XP runes are transfering after opening..
And the small box now gives a random Tranform rather then a "1 hour shield scroll" lol
The vit replenishing pots (4 that you get) can be transfered from the LARGE chest from that event..
the non-exchange/dropable tranforms can be transfered.
and many peoples ANCHIENT aging 4-6+ year old 1 hour Buff scrolls have magically turned into the same buff.. BUT with the heading of being EVENT and named 7th anniversary

No trades between accounts on anything. The Dimensional Merchant only shared items between characters on the same server and the same game account.
I'm afraid the Gran Kain black mask and the Sayha white mask cannot be shared, and cannot be changed so. Good news for that is that we will still be giving them out through Twitter. :)

yes the contents have slightly changed... just the contents of the small one though..
as i remember that previously all i ever got was "shield" scroll.
i've gotten recently a 30 minutes Anikim and 30 minute deathblader...

The following rewards that were initially mentioned on the Event page are no longer available: Experience Rune 30% (This has been replaced with the 50% variety), transformation scrolls, several buff scrolls. All of these rewards have been replaced with extra vitality potions, more potent experience runes, and the new SP increasing rune.
they are NOT tradeable/sellable.... you can however FRIEGHT them using the dimensional merchant to your main or which ever toon you have among the 7 on your account.

Yes the eva's inferno event...
The Experience chest gives you a 50% xp/50% sp runes..
the Large Chest gives you i think a 30% SP Rune and 4 Vitality replenishing pots
The small one was Shield or Might Scroll... but now apparently are 30 minute transform..
