I don't think you can see the time card promo options by clicking on the banner. But, if you add a 30-day or 60-day time card to your Lineage II account between October 12 and October 31, you will get the gifts.
On my accounts i clicked on the banner and had the option to add time card and put more time on them so i used 30 month cards. Result is got nothing after restart.

Same thing happened to me. My highest level character was on subclass, so the letter and gifts went to my second highest character.
Haven't re-subscribed yet, so I don't know which character will get the Loyalty Subscription Gifts when I do.

What about the issue, when accounts don't received any Subscription Gifts on any characters on any servers? October 17 bad day for activation or what?
i did it on the 15th with none game time card, and 0 of 3 weapons brithday, only thing i got was some shots pots and honestly stuff i prolly won't use since i have buffers :confused: i love how they have an idea but they can't say when they going to do it. this is reminding me more and more like the TW badge mishap when servers were merged. they kept saying oh ya we know whats wrong we are working on it we have an idea blah blah and look how long it took them to get us our badges back? ya awhile.....
Worked perfectly for me. Ty much for all the free stuff. Even have some inter-server trade going on. Finally getting some vit items on characters that had none.
I have also problem with getting items to wrong char. My highest lvl char is 80lvl Hierophant. This toon was on lvl 50 subclass and items got my 2nd highest char lvl 76 Soultaker. That Soultaker is inactive and that items are totally useless for me now :(. Is there any chance to get those items to my main, for example using dimensional merchant? I mean Birthday Present Packs and The Gift packs above all.
The event page states that we would receive extra rim kamaloka scrolls when in fact we received near kamaloka scrolls. Kind of bummed me out there as I got 10% easy in the rim and that was leisurely killing things. Also got a **** ton of nectar and an enchant armor a scroll so not a bad deal if you ask me.

It has a bit of everything and all the people that QQ here for weeks/month about what is missing in events (vitality is missing!Items are missing!etc.) should start calming down because this one includes it all. I am happy about any kind of extra XP but I am wondering: It seems that the exp bonus of 50% is only calculated on the base XP rate of mobs and vitality level is not being taking into consideration? Am I right about my assumption?

You get a buff star after 10 minutes, not a box... So if you got 2 boxes (60 and 120 minutes), you are done for today!

hi, i have subscribe the loyalty sub plan 3+1 last week but i didnt get the gift box after mantainence. So i log my account to check if it was 3+1 and it still is. I did not touch anything after. But today after login again, I find it has become 3mth sub plan. I read the FAQ and i follow the instruction to resubscribe again by cancel subscribtion and resubscribe. After i cancel, i cant find the promotion banner or the 3+1 plan..is it over for me? Thanks in advance if u can solve this for me :(
Ok i have just a fe thing to this multi event. It is realy the best of them since start of L2, but... NC have maded again his fails. A lot of ppl dont get paymant reward (me too) and party kamaloka for this event isnt entereble for levels 70+ will you guys please repair it? :/ we wanna have full funn from this great event :)

I just wanted to say that the subscription and event rewards have been working bang on for me, so I wanted to make sure you knew that.
However, that said, one of the prezzies confuses me. Specifically the box with all of the various grade soul and spirit shot. Maybe I'm understanding things wrong, but does it make sense that these are not transferable, at least between the toons on one account? I mean, I've now got 200,000 various shots sitting with my lvl 75 prophet and no way to get them to my alts which could actually use them (i.e. no grade through B grade shots). Like I said, am I just missing something here as I've tried to transfer them, but there's no way currently.

Near Kamaloka (Party): 2,500 PC Points to enter. Daily instance. Access by speaking to a Pathfinder Work or Guard Captain NPCs in Heine, Rune Township, Gludio, Dion, Oren, and Schuttgart. The Kamalokas offered in these towns different by character level.
And why Entrance Pass not working for Rim Kamaloka:
Kamaloka Entrance Pass: An extra entrance pass that allows you to enter a Kamaloka (Labyrinth of the Abyss, Rim Kamaloka, Hall of the Abyss) even if you are already affected by a Kamaloka lock-out timer. Cannot be exchanged, dropped, or destroyed. Can be shared between characters within the account through the Dimensional Merchant. :mad:

I do believe that the intended rewards were chosen to aid the subscription gifts. That’s what makes sense, since most characters are S-Grade +.
B Grade enchants are useless.
And what does all this mess tell us about NCwest and their expertise? :p
(Side note: There is also some going about wrong bonus xp that doesn't stack. But can't tell if thats wrong or not, because i haven't "played" a single minute for over one week now)

The reason you don't see the correct mana left is because you most likely put the weapon on your hotbar, "mana" on shadow weapons do not update when put on hotbar.
Check in your inventory for the actual status, 180 mana = 3 hours.
XP and Fame Boost
During the Player Commendation Event, everyone gets a 50% XP bonus, making the XP rate 1.5. This stacks with all Vitality-related items, but experience points gained from quests are not affected. This is a server-wide setting that affects all characters regardless of class, level, or account type.
Also, the Fame you gain from participating in castle sieges, territory wars, Clan hall battles, and fortress sieges is doubled!

With all due respect there are some things that fail to work with my logic.
Event idea: promote playing and leveling up for the next update, help players with extra items therefore making it easier to advance in game, reward players for loyalty and time (= money) invested in game, motivate players to work together (the watermelon scenario).
Outcome: most people just stay logged in game to collect bonus items, they don't really play; therefore the lag is insane and if you actually want to play, it's nearly impossible; reward items are given to characters which cannot benefit from those as they are maxed out for levels on all classes and the items cannot be traded (of course we can think of the future and store the buffs and vitality potions to be used after the update but that shouldn't be the point of a current event); and why on earth do we need NG and D shots if subclass starts at C grade and they are not tradable; it has already been proved by the previous events that giving something to people at random times or for the in-game time makes them just overload the server by camping non-stop; giving out so many free items makes it pretty pointless to farm for random event rewards and for most people the vitality boosters matter a lot more than books or crystals, espcially if so many extra features are stacked on top of each other.
Reason for sarcasm: tried to play a lvl 25 character in Execution Grounds (= not crowded as not many people go there so hoping it would be possible to play) and ended up getting disconnected because of lag for 3 times in 20 minutes, losing time on the buffs I bought for the fancy PC points and losing the healing cubic as it disappears when you log out. All of this doesn't really matter as at this level you can kill unbuffed and dying at 25 only kicks you back to killing 5 more mobs to get the lost % back but the game quality should not decrease due to an event. And if my main characters are maxed out then using the bonus exp on lowbies (in which I agree with previous posts about it not being quite as advertised) is the wise choice to get some other characters closer to the level needed for the "oh so awesome" update. And since I cannot play my high levels (losing time logging in after getting disconnected and risking getting killed because of lag doesn't make it a suitable option), I'm losing 3 weeks of the countdown timer on the shadow armour and weapon from the previous event that I was hoping to use to help me get closer to the abovementioned update and new content.
So in the end we have a lot of dissatisfied people for various plausible reasons - maybe it could have been avoided with a little bit of effort to analyze the feedback from previous events and the server traffic statistics.
From the bright side - 3 weeks to stay out of game and have a life :cool:

Check again, the bonus does not change when vitality changes. It is a fixed 50% (not 10%) on the plain XP.
We've verified that some details on the event page were indeed miscommunicated to us and we have corrected them. There is no level 80 (Rune Township) Near Kamaloka. The transformation scroll box will randomly give you 1 of 10 different transformation scrolls.
All things new to the game in the Player Commendation event will be unavailable after the event is over. This includes the Rim Kamaloka, PC points and their interface window, and the ability to trade PC points for items (the Adventure Guildsman NPC will no longer have their dialogue option). All items you purchase with the points will remain in-game (or until they expire, such as the shadow items).
The Watermelon event needs to die. The rewards are so low grade it's pointless. And those fighter minion pets...well if you own a 80+ kooka,Fenrir, or a mini moo what's the point? too much junk in my WH now. All those shots including no grade? If this is the direction L2 is going forget it

When we try to grow them with Nectar we spend 5 nectars BUT the rate of Defective ones is so big that we are always loosing our nectar!!!!! these Young watermelons are supposed to recharge us with nectar to buy the good seeds to have rewards! not to waste Nectar... or I'm wrong????? Is it possible to correct this problem at next maintenance???? or is it better, may be, to destroy all the copied Watermelon Seeds??? :confused:

Dear Sace, can you confirm us if the drop rates of watermelons rewards are broken or working as you expected ? Cause it seems really bugged. Some Rain/Large Honey Watermelons drops nothing (!?) or really few/worthless rewards (one gemstone S for a Large ??). It's so frustrating. Previous melons events got far better rates. :(
They will only "correct" the event page and tell us that its working as intended.
Srsly, throwing out tons of events with like 99% of them bugged is just lol.

There is a level 80 Rim Kamaloka available through the Rune Township Pathfinder Worker. In this special instance you can encounter some new monsters that have a chance of dropping a quest item that can be traded with the Rune Township Pathfinder Worker for a special random reward.
What are the rewards for the 200 Essence turn-ins? One guy in ally said his S-grade reward was one Fire Stone, which is lame even by our low expectations. :-/
And do we have any graphics of the 300 Essence Kamaloka circlets? Or any properties they might have?

Are the drops from melon's fixed since today? or is the list posted on the event page the one that was right all last week too? I just spawned 40 large melon's after downtime only got B grade stuff, A grade elixer and some crystals/ls/gems.

I was pretty annoyed after not receiving them after last weeks emergency maintenance. Now i log on again today and still nothing! Stop me if im wrong, but i cant happen to have the feeling im not going to receive what i was promised at all? Im tired of sending tickets to the support team. They do not solve the problem!

I'm sorry about the problems you've been having with this. As most of the subscription gift problems were solved with the emergency maintenance, or today's maintenance, I imagine the support team may not have seemed helpful then because they had to tell customers to wait for those maintenances to happen. Now that they've happened, the support team can provide more direct assistance to the few players that are still experiencing problems. I'm afraid the only course of action is to reply to the ticket you had open with them and update them on the situation. They can tell you what is going on with your payment status and can thus figure out what went wrong in getting you your gifts. If you like, PM me your ticket number so I can follow the situation with you.
i payed some of my acc's yesterday before meint and i didn't got dyn box....what should i do now,to w8 next meint or to make a petition?
i also reactivated my other account before the maintenance and didn't receive anything i was suppose to receive, such as the dynasty/birthday box, loyalty gifts, halloween gifts, etc.
i sent an in-game petition in the morning and still haven't gotten a response. if you would like to follow mine, Sace, that would be nice! :)

so gm messaged me back. i reactivated my account BEFORE cut-off time, which is apparently not the same as the start of maintenance. i didn't really need the weapon now, it was the loyalty gifts that i wanted. now i will only get 1 weeks worth. =/ so that's procrastination for ya haha.

What so you can tell me i have to wait until next weeks maintenance until im going to get my gifts? Its a joke! By then i will have spent 3 weeks sat on the floor in Aden!! What the point in applying a 30 day time card? Its just a waste of time and money! I practically missed out on last event waiting around for nothing! The funny thing is i purchased a Dyn weapon because i was so tired of waiting around! How can that be right!? I should have got both 2 weeks ago now! Sorry does not cut it when you have wasted 20 odd days waiting around and all im going to get is the reward i should have got 2 weeks ago! This is a classic example of broken terms and conditions!

I rounded up on a few characters and missed the 30 hours by a few minutes even though you told me there is no rounding up. But, I was still able to get many items with the blue coins. All events are much appreciated and I have enjoyed the increased population in all towns. I learned that using the arrow keys, /target and /attack in town gets me around just fine.
I thank NCWest for taking the time and effort required to pump some activity and interest into this game I play on a regular basis. :D

But what items are they called in the Accessories list? Are these the " AE / AR / AU Circlets?

So it appears the 200 Essence reward is like a 75% chance of (fire/dark/earth stone) and a 1% chance of something good and I don't quite follow the balance.
So far I've only heard of people getting the element stones in ally. Which seems super-lame for the work put in.

I have two characters on my account a mage and a fighter. At the beginning of this event the mage was higher in level so I quickly leveled the fighter to get the rewards there instead but they all still went to the mage even though the fighter was now higher in level. Why did this happen?
Which brings me to my question.
Why is it that the mysterious ss/bss cannot be traded between account characters because I now have all these soulshots on a character that does not need to use them.
You can always use soulshots on subclasses, you know...

Having 60k NG shots alone is LOOOOL since you pass NG even w/o shots following the newbie guide Quest chain. If you simply xp its done with like 1-2k ng ss.
60k D Grade? lol And not too many need 60k ssc, or ssb or ssa and even lesser blessed shots are needed.
If they only were tradable via the DM, then ok. Just a brainless event gift.
(Not to talk about destroying another market for the poor shot crafters)

I don't have 3 level 80 subs! I only have 1 level 52 using C Grade Sword!
Also, you can trash the useless shots, no big deal... I kept C grade and above, as they are the ones my subs would use.
The only thing really wrong with the Mysterious Shots is just the fact that they can be transfered at the Dimensional Merchant.
Apart from that, I found they useful. Some rewards just aren't made for hard core or top end players.
People complain that new players are way far from older or hardcore ones, they try to help them and the older slice of the community complain.
They can't really filter who will get the items. If they could, all 85/80/80/80 wouldn't be getting the shots...
