The L2 Galleria maintenance started a short while later. The 10 hour version of the agathion was always the only one available on the L2 Galleria; the web store never sold teh 20 hour or 30 hour versions.

Well I was thinking of changing class, so I could play another, before I saw this post saying it'll prevent lvl 87+ characters from keeping their level.

Unfortunately the website updates have not yet been made public as some testing kinks are still being worked out. The updates are already live in the game however. I advise that account services and the Stone of Destiny (the new item, secret's out :)) not be purchased from the L2 Store until you can read the full details on the services on the website.
The settings event is the Nevit's Herald with a revamped Fall of the Dragon buff that doubles your XP for 1 hour (stacks with everything except Nevit's Hourglasses effects, which it overwrites), and that NPC can already be found in-game.
I'll update the maintenance notice as soon as the website maintenance finishes, so that it links to all the relevant detail pages. Shouldn't be much longer.
The Nevit's Herald buff can be acquired as long as you don't already have the buff. So if you have 2 minutes left on it, go back to town and get the buff again as soon as it wears off.

Sace tell us pls... how that re-awakening class service its working ... If Im for example tank i can take tank again and relearn all skills again ? + Im not loosing any experience ? Can u say how its working ?

Technically you could re-Awakening from a Sigel Knight to a Sigel Knight again, but that would be futile and may result in you losing XP or skills, depending on your original level.

2bad its working like that... U know that we had problems with skills at server start and some ppl took new skills from awakening class when they could keep the older one (better for pvp/pve). And ya :) its no sense to use it when Im 9x lvl :) Mb our staff will look at this problem and change something in that :) anyway... Thanks for fast answer!

It was never intended by the development team that players keep their third class skills instead of trading them in for the new Awakening skills.
The awakening class change service is all but useless. I can appreciate that you guys wanted to avoid someone leveling up to 99 on a summoner and then changing, but the fact is that many of the people that want this service are in the 90's and just don't like their class (Feoh, rogue, Tyrr are all disliked by quite a few ppl). However, forcing them back to 87 is going to be a deal breaker since 1-87 can be done in a week, but getting a toon back to the 9x range takes much longer.
I personally am quite happy with my class, so I had no plans to reawaken, but I know ppl that were counting on this service in order to keep playing.

Sace~are the servers still down for maintenance? I start the NCsoft Launcher and I cant start Lineage, the indicator dot is red...the website shows all server status as online...???
I don't want to waste precious Vitality (and my 4 remaining potion uses) on a lower exp/minute gain.
I believe Nevits and vitality are based of your base xp and they don't stack with each other, so your vitality isn't giving you any extra xp for having Nevits buff on.
Something like: 1000 base + 1000 nevits + 2000 vitality (bx2), as opposed to: 1000 base + 1000 nevits + 4000 vit [(b+n)x2].
So the only thing u'd want to use with both for max use is the XP agathion.
The only thing that affects vitality is the XP rune i think.
