But it appears that P. Attack is realistically irrelevant since the corresponding increase in skill damage compared to p. attack was extremely small.
For example, an increase in P Attack of 1800 only resulted in 500 more damage. 500 more skill damage is not inconsequential but I also don't think that the P. Attack difference between a 1 handed weapon and 2 handed/duals would equal 1800 (assuming same grade/enchant value).
Doesn't change my initial point and doesn' change the fact you're a kid with no manners to reply.
But you know what?
Go ahead, use S grade fists with elements till 99. Cause acording to that test p.atk. doesnt matter. :D
Ahh, I get it now, what we have here is a case of "I made a mistake and instead of owning up to it and trying to address the question at hand I will dodge the question and call you a kid, because I have 3k posts."
Incidentally, you did not edit your post until after I replied or else my quote would not show your initial mistake.
Who said anything about fist? BUT I have seen a few Tyrrs using OE'ed Tall*Dle for PvP and oly for the bonus BECAUSE.........wait for it.......P.Attack doesn't significantly increase damage. Crazy huh?
And in regards to your "initial" point, it very much changes whether someone should (or could) use something other than dual swords if P. Attack doesn't effect skill damage.
Kids and their inability to think outside the box, sad really :(.
@op
you kinda answered your own question. unless you have a weapon that gives you 30k+ p.atk, the damage increase using skills is not significant and the bonus from s-grade duals are far greater than the little damage difference in pvp. but for example in pve on bosses, where the most damage done is by auto attack, the p.atk of the weapon, adding counter crit and bear and w/e you have does count very much. you have to carry more weapons.
Well,
the overenchanted S duals (300 attribute) are fine for pvp, because of their HP/MP/CP bonus.
But on the 95 lvl i found out that the p.atk of these weapons is really low compared to R95 weapons (until you have duals at least +10+++).
Yea, duals are the best pvp weapon because of the health SA nothing more.
Im personally using Ron dual blunts (the low crit rate doesnt matter in pvp) and there is little bonus on skill power if you enchant it to +4 and the price is very low compared to other R95 weapons.
About PVE...
Pole is must and for single target 2H sword is great choice (focus+haste SA).
If you have right setup (jewels, accessory with pendant, dyes, augment) you can reach almost 500 crit with bear totem...
Anyway duals are not bad too... So if you cant afford 2 single target weapons it should be fine.
if you are really interested in the class, go around youtube, you can find some good build for your tyrr.
