The Elemental Shirts of the Gods are back. These shirts are infused with the awesome power of the elements, making them and their wearer mighty! The Elemental Shirt of the Gods will only be here for a limited time, they'll be available from July 24th to August 7th.
But wait, there’s more! For those dedicated enough to push their Elemental Shirts to their limit will be richly rewarded. For every Elemental Shirt you enchant to level 7 to 10, you'll receive a reward!
What if you already enchanted an Elemental Shirt the last time they went on sale? You're still eligible for the rewards!
You're not limited by how many you have per character either. If you have 10 enchantment level 7 Elemental Shirts, you'll receive 10 Scroll of Blessing Packs. Rewards will be delivered by August 9th. To qualify for the rewards, you need to have a shirt with the corresponding enchantment level at the time the promotion ends (August 7th at 9am PST).

I wounder whats in the scroll of blessing pack and the life stone whit Giant energy, wounder if its worth going from 7-8 its defently worth going 9 or 10 but wounder whit the lvl 7 and 8 :)

Nope , since the older owners are included , it seems they ll just check who has what + shirt after the promo is over and distribute the rewards based on that. No other way to include old owners in this like they intent to.
If possible make 1 whole list with all Raid Bosses Jewels explaining if Blessed Jewels are enable too and so on, anyway i guess i won't even try this time :D

Just like the Soul Avatar Agathion Collection event, early adopters will get ripped off and waste their precious NCoin. Just wait a few weeks and they will sell you +10 shirts in the L2 Store for far less Ncoin than this travesty of an event.
How soon everyone forgets, the last time they pulled these shirts out so many complained about the odds being worst than gambling in any casino.

Ncwest instead of aiming to the 2-3 people in each server that maybe will pay 8.000 euro to get the +10 shirt and all its presents,they should aim to the players who can afford spend 100-1000e,Nc would get even more money and a lot of customers would get some satisfaction.
(ofc,all these make our servers look like expensive to play donate servers,we should have ways and proper rates to farm every item related to our character boost ingame)
The only item in the client looking like that is called "Scroll of Blessing Pack (R-Grade)". Description : Pack containing a blessed scroll.
I just hope it's also R95 and R99, not only R grade (i.e. Immortal & Twilight)

faster is to log as moderator_1-10 and press DELETE than say : we don't care , nccoins are up for sale :D till their graphs shows + selling all is ok . Every company will move only when sale graph is going down this how e-marketing works :) bots ? who give a **** only $$$$ matters . Every time when income of nccoins sells is stack or going below averange they are introducing "events" ( NCcoins required and golden visa ) . Before F2P every time when community was geting anxious, bored , mad about bots, rmt they were covering it with random 1/100 bot ban wave and random even that was specially for bots :D ( like if theres any event that don't require killing one million mobs to get 1oo k item from what you get 10 gem A ) .

Here is some basic number crunching since I was bored for everyone looking at getting any shirt from +7- +10 :). If you like me and are rather unlucky with enchanting, this is something you might want to consider before you go and spend a lot of money training to get epics. I lucked out, last event and managed to get a +7 maph shirt out of the even with just 30 shirt enchants. However realistically, this is what you are looking at for beating the odds.
level of enchants || success rate || required number of +3 shirts to make 100 shirts of that enchantment level.
Math could be off i'm tired, even if it is... you should still be scared.
So from a statistical average, those are your chances if everything plays out on the average, however if you unlucky... each chance to enchant from +9 -> +10 costs you 105,600 +3 Elemental shirts on average. :)
Random number generation can be a cruel mistress, so now you know and knowing is half the battle!!
Sort of unimportant, but I do believe the servers have so weird kind of maximum allowed amount for successful enchant rates in an unknown length of time. I've played this game since prelude anything I've Over enchanted slowly over time has generally given me a drastically higher success rate rather then spamming 1,000 enchant scrolls in an hour. Food for thought. (Thats how I got my +7 maph shirt xD)
PS for the price it would cost you to get a legit +10 shirt, you could probably use that money to just hire the entire useful NCwest staff members, get a license from NCsoft and begin running and marketing your own lineage 2 servers.
