The Red Libra version you linked (according to Korean reckoning that would be Red Libra 3) ran in June. At that time Korea was already in Grand Crusade (http://boards.rochand.com/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=1645#p33441), so I doubt that we will get this.
In none of the two you could exchange Brooch Jewels, but in both versions you could change your dual class, also in Korean Red Libra 3, so that has a very high probability to be the case over here too.
But in other aspects the Japanese version has been highly customized, so there is no way to tell what we will get in the end. Therefore it would be good if Juji contacted Nam Taek-rim, his counterpart in Seoul, beforehand and pointed out the problem with the weapon exchange, something many players at NCWest are looking forward to. If Nam Taek-rim says that we can't have that, there is nothing we can do. But in order to reduce the complaining it should be announced before the event. Imagine somebody investing a lot of adena in overenchanting a dagger, hoping to change it to a retributer during the event, and then he is sitting on a +12 dagger that is absolutely useless to him as a mage :p

Level Up Reward belts, shirts, and bracelets will be replaced with stronger non-tradable versions.
You will also need to make all mentee/mentor purchasable items to be non-tradable and unable to sell to vendors. Automated users are abusing this system. Might as well add all quest items as well.

No legit players got banned in the ban wave.
They do, even in sunshine some people got banned for nothing. Don't forget Andouille and KeepThePeace.
Probably they ban most hated players, but it's not right, since players play legit since warning and 3/5 days bans.
Support team is really incompetent, they couldn't ban single farm 24/7 bot trains in past, cannot make simple anti robot check during character creation.
Now they mass ban bots and players because they connected with bots by VPN or proxy.

I agree with redzik. my first first char that i made back at the end of c2 was awesome. then i got the idiot idea of changing my char to a feoh using the stone of destiny.... worst idea ever!!! i wont even touch the char except to claim anniversary rewards. I would pay 50 dollars easy to change my first char back to its original class.

If Grand Duke Jiang's Bait Box is in the client files, the obvious solution would be to rename it into "Producer Juji's Lunch Box" (most players at NCWest won't know who Jiang Ziya (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jiang_Ziya#Hired_by_King_Wen_of_the_Zhou) was) and sell it in the L2Store for 500 NCoins or whatever. The question is, is the box in the client? Since Juji has not yet answered the question that BistoN asked on the previous page (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=290248&page=2#39), the matter is apparently complicated and requires further investigation :)

Whats goin on with the Blood Panther having more Magic attack the Physical Attack no matter what buffs... PLease Please tell me you and development are aware and in process of fixing. The compensation bundle was given to address the week w/o the scrolls.
pretty sure compensation bundle was for the 2 extra hours down time, thats why everyone got same compensation
THEHUNTED is right, the compensation bundle was for the week with out scrolls and Conguero/Juji explained why it was the same for everyone. 3 hours of Tersi(Dragon Buff) was for the extra downtime.

Agree! What's is going on? If it's your new program maybe better stop it? Seems that's it's just ban by IP address, and none even wants to look if there really were any violation. Clean accounts get ban? Seems someone too many times watched movie Minority Report (2002) where ppl were punished before they even made a crime!

Problem that ppl got bans accounts for same reason, who just have many accs for different actions then bots. And this locked without unban. Also can't prove this, if support said no, its no. :/

This has nothing to do with the number of accounts. I myself have 19 accounts, most of them with Dwarves I log in only for a minute or two each Saturday to get my Login All Weekend reward. None of them got banned.
People who do get banned for seemingly unfathomable reasons almost always use VPN services. If you use a free VPN service you will almost certainly get banned, if you use a paid VPN service you will be fairly safe. If you want to be absolutely safe, don't use any VPN services, don't join any clan, don't party with anybody, don't buy anything from other players, don't sell anything to other players, don't interact with other players in any way.

The detection methods are very weird if they are releasing in bans for main toons that are playing legitely and not working for bots/adena sellers that are still in game...
Yes, Bans wont be handled here, they've made that quite clear.
Im just curious if they can tell us WHY this is happening? I don't want them to release the secrets of how they are catching the bots... but something is obviously being done that is triggering an automatic ban?

PS: not one single temp/perma ban in my CP/Clan/Ally/Friendlist.
I am sure that he does not use prohibited programs after ban-hammer. Only a fool would use a bot or scripts.
The bottom line is that ban get accounts without characters and the characters 50-70 level . It's like an automatic ban.
Juji, please tell me could it be a clerical error in the preparation of the compensation bundle from L2 Galleria. All who receive the compensation bundle en masse (20+ accounts) from one IP received an automatic ban.
Plus there were problems at the entrance to the master account on the site.

You losing your customers. This players could spend some NCoins on past and current event.
Detection method is broken, legits become banned, bots still running and spamming rmt shouts. NCSoft support is really terrible, they don't do any investigation, only answers auto responses.

I log many of mine accounts when some bonus item is around and everything went ok, rest of players are also ok because none of my legit friends got banned.
You are cheated russians, so say bye to your accounts, or make it corrupt like gainak cases.
