Power vs Skill crit? I read somewhere that there is now cap for crit. magical skills 20%, so i guess power atm is better.

That's what ppl say, the same one that insist going to instances with feoh and then crying their *sses out cuz they doing no dmg.
MCrit cap was cap'ed at 32% max with 500, but anything beyond 320 was a waste of effort, tbh. (here (

To your question, Wild only would help if you cant acquire above 320 mcrit rate, otherwise Power would have better effect. So Wild route for your alt scrub healer, Power route for your main class healer.
