Get Majestic Heavy, since it is designed for aoe :
P. Atk. +4% (more damage)
Accuracy +3 (poles have less accuracy, and you want to hit all the mobs for max vr return)
Stun Resistance +50% (many aoe areas have stunning mobs)
STR +2
Con -2

OK first of all not all destroyers pole...
If you want to hunt in areas that are your lvl or PvP a Sword with Focus is best..
But if you are hunting in areas that are much higher then you or dont have any support (buffer/healers) I have found a Blunt with Health is much better because it has better accuracy...
and TATs are all done which is best for the user.... I like my suicide TATs...

a destroyer that couldnt come up w/ 3m AA for real tats and your 76? that sir if full of fail....
to OP,
i suggest a inf master w/ focus, maj armor, and a common tallum glave... no tats unless you can afford a real tallum glave w/ health then you can get away w/ +4 str -4 con but your still better off w/ no tats...
a common pole is 99% as good as a pole w/ health sa imo but a common 2 hand sword will really slow down xp compared to a focus sword if you decide to hunt single targets or you cant find the support you need to pole on a given day
hmm ppl fail to realize the only ppl in this game who have tons of adena are ppl who have been around for a bit . . crap I didnt get real A grade till I was lvl 69 and some times it is best to try the cheap tats before you get the real ones to make sure you like the effects. for a new player this game is not friendly you can barely get help/gear unless you are in a really good clan that helps. and getting AA is somewhat of a pain now cata hunting is spoiled by the ones we dont say or menton in every room . . . hmm perma-red . . well nuff on that g'day
your right... it was sooooo easy getting gear 5 years ago... hunt untill 75 in B grade, hopping for a top item of any type was pretty much a joke, no SA on weapons, everybody was pretty much the same lvl so buying cheap gear as sombody grew out of it didnt exist, no shadow or common items, no free everything you need from newbie guides, hunting w/o buffs... get real plx... 3.5m or whatever it is AA is like 3 days of 1/2 *****ed polling in the 60s lvl range... a lvl 76 destro should have plenty of money if its doing things right, i gave my destro D grade and everything after that it earned on its own w/o a problem at all. trying dyes is fine but keeping garbage dyes is just stupid, -5 str +4 con on a nuker is fine it doesnt affect anything, -2 extra con that doesnt give you anything in return on a destro a very con dependant class is a huge waste of time... if thats what you want to do fine but suggesting it as a option is just giving bad advice

awe I never said anything about keeping the dyes , nice to see that you only read what you want to on post's and srry but I had no prob getting gear 5 years ago in L2 I made all my adena doing raids and crafted my stuff it is way harder now most of A grade is rare only higher up rb 75+ are worth killing and pole'ing cata's only works well if you have support toons.

Whats funny is its easy to plan where to level that drops pots so Soloing is easy. 6 months from 40 - 76 is insanely slow, and you couldn't afford A or Even S grade. Sorry that is very laughable.
Im not saying you did. You kinda hinted that it was needed to get good gear around the lvl range though, hence my comment.

Only way to get enough money by s grade for s grade without relying on pure luck with drops is by spending a lot of time vending stuff (not to mention everything b grade and lower barely sells anymore), which some people don't have the time for. I tried doing it for a while, and sure I made a lot of money but ****, it took away a lot of time that i could have spend getting xp.
Actually, without buffs (and probably pre newbie buffs till a/b grade), 6 months seems rather fast to me. Took me bout a year with rune clanhall, sure I wasn't always in the best parties/spots/with the best gear, and it took me near end of b grade to figure out most stuff, but not everyone is lucky in the game, thats just how it is. For a destro considering the load of con they have i don't see any problem in them having cheaper tats (heck, doesnt the lack of hp give an even faster chance of reaching the hp dependant skills?).
