Actually, the Innova issue was soulshots-only. Our issue is server lag in a more extreme way that affects not only soulshots but many other things. Thus, our issue is entirely separate and their fix would not work for us. This is why it's been taking a couple of days to pinpoint the problem, create a fix, test it, create another if the first fails, test it, etc...
This killed me when i saw it totally ... pinpoint waht? Every single person playin on this servers knows what's the reason and every single person in ncsoft knows it too .... tons of bots loaded in talking island for lol event and twice or dunno how much more in every low lvl hunting zone, thats the reason of lags .... it takes so hard to delete agathions to see if this could stop lags or not ..

I've send petitions to NC Soft and got an answer that "Limited access to the Lineage II Game servers due to server capacity has been reported to the Lineage II Development Team. Please note that the Game Masters (GMs) are unable to provide a workaround at this time."
So you do nothing to check if some players (expecially naked bots standing in every town) using unlegit programs or not. Also you do nothing to solve Naia's problem.
I have some advices for my dear NC Soft:
1) Temporary close new accounts creation in Naia
2) Open new EU server and transfer all our chars to that server
3) Close lineage2 project and send all of us to.... Aion! :D
In fact for me la2 is already closed because im not autologin soft user, im not outgame bot user. So i cannot login, cannot play, cannot gather a group to play together.

Log in NAIA (if u can and u dont have traffic problem) and BAN toons they shout for adenas from 3425343456 different sites and companys.

I can't believe how much NCWest fail we've seen in the last couple weeks.
1. I can't believe they didn't predict what would happen with the Tersi event. Can not believe. It still leaves my jaw hanging open when I think about it. And it took them a week to do something about it. And even then, after the forums had been completely overrun with complaint threads! And to this day (!) we still have not heard any indication that they understand that it was 100% a design failure of the event. This means they learned nothing! NCWest is at least capable, if not likely, to create more AFK events in the future. It is obvious that NCWest is not only completely out of touch with its playerbase, but is shamefully ignorant of the basic game mechanics of L2. Inconceivable!
2. Expiration of time sensitive L2 Galleria purchases during the recent server problems (agian, caused by a design failure of the Tersi event and the hopeless incompetence of its administrators). NCWest, if you want to make your players feel personally insulted and hate you forever, there is no better way to do it*. If you don't reimburse the players who lost real dollars on your mistakes, you will basically be proclaiming to the world that you are running a racket on your website. It's unconscionable, it turns my stomach, and you should be ashamed.
3. They don't staff people on weekends. Together now: They don't staff people on weekends! This is like a movie theatre only being open from 9-5 weekdays. Sorry, if you want to go see Avatar in 3D, you have to take off from work. What about castle sieges? Territory wars? What about the fact that Saturdays and Sundays are your busiest days of the week. You want to take a couple days a week off? How about Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday? Not the freaking weekend!
4. The item lag, the fail. The server restarts, the fail. The emergency maintenance, the fail. The Magmeld transfers, the fail. It's like everything NCWest touches turns to stone. Why didn't you put a char limit on new accounts for Chronos and Naia? Why have you just now offered free server transfers from Chronos and Naia? Why do I still have to try 100 times to get into Chronos and still suffer from soulshot lag?! Call the datacenter! Call your network support! This is like IT 101 people come on!
*Actually, physically moving a server about 4,000 miles and then telling all your Euro customers to pound salt when their ping spikes and quality of service takes a dump would be a pretty good way to do it, too.
I'm just glad that I have still been able to find great groups to XP with, despite the server issues on Chronos. I even hit lvl 84 today ;)
Good luck on the fixes NC...I'm frustrated like everyone else, but it isn't really all that bad. I have found some great people on Chronos to party with, soul shots or not!

The whole system is broken. You encourage people to NEVER log off of a server that is constantly at cap for 3 reasons.
1) Mentoring - it is a broken system. You need to stay logged in to give you mentees buffs. They should make them like 24 hours buffs so the mentor only needs to be online once per day, as opposed to constantly on and AFK
2) Tersi's Event - you get specters for sitting AFK in town. WTF is with that? At least make the requirement that you need to be xp'ing to get them or something so there's not level 1's sitting in town all day.
3) No login queue - how ridiculous is it in 2012 to not have a login queue on your mmo? Servers being constantly full wouldn't be nearly as bad if you could just sit in a queue and at least have an IDEA of when you're going to be able to play. Instead, you have to AFK and hope you don't get disconnected so you save your spot on the server.
Unfortunately, complaining won't do anything. This MMO is a Korean port, meaning the people at NA NCSoft have no power (or clue) how to change the game. This is blatantly apparent when they can't even figure out how to stop item lag after 3 days of it being a problem. Sad story.
I've come to the conclusion that NCSoft wants us to buy adena from the spam-bots. That's the only reason I can think of that they do absolutely nothing about them.
Here's an idea/homework project for you all.
Since NCSoft obviously doesn't care at all about the things that upset us in-game, let's talk to them in the only language they understand -- money.
Every time you think about spending some cash in the NC Store, think about using that money to buy some adena from one of these spam bots, instead. Maybe if NCSoft actually sees money that was earmarked for them going elsewhere, they'll realize that there's a problem and start being proactive in fixing it.
There's no reason to fear retribution, at all... if they're not banning the bots that have been in-zone for 3-4 weeks spamming, they're not going to ban you for buying it.

Most of these sites are run from countries with no such rules. There are entire communities in China, Chile, Brazil, the Netherlands, and other countries that have no respect/laws pertaining to such things that earn their living farming currency in MMO's. I saw a video of a village in china that makes ALL of it's money farming WoW gold and selling it to Americans.

Captive audience only applies when they have the potential of making money off of you staying in their game. No one in their right mind will buy things from the NCSoft shop given the server conditions.
Another one was to swap the drop tiers of a few items. Like say... change Unbind scrolls from top tier drop to high-mid tier, and making the current high-mid tier to top tier drop!
I got 5 unbind scrolls from the event so far. I got over 500m adena in lvl 5 Dyes. 2/3 of the spectres can potentially drop one. What's the result? This.
These easily sell for 20-40m each in private stores to 17-19m at any vendor. The drop rate is ridiculously high. If this wasn't the case I'm certain there wouldn't be as many people trying to exploit the event as they are now.

The same spam bot has been sending me messages for almost a month now. I've reported it dozens of times, but it's still there every day.
I know ncwest can't change the game, but it would be so easy for nceast to implement a few changes to the game.
- No global messages for players under 45. This includes shout, trade, and private messages.
- Add a /reply command that allows new players to respond to messages. They are not allowed to initiate private conversations with other players.
- Add a command /spambot that players can use against spammers. When you type /spambot asdf123, the player asdf123 gets a spambot point added to his account. When these points reach a certain threshold (lets say 100 points) that player loses global chat privs for a week, or until he contacts a gm and sorts out the issue. The gm would then be able check his chat logs to verify that he is not a bot. If it's a bot he can ban it or make the chat ban permanent. If not the gm can reinstate the character, give him a warning about spamming global chats, and then give him a "verified player" status which gives him /spambot immunity in the future. He's been verified as a legitimate player after all.

Me, I did 4 Valakas (real ones, not lame terrain bug farming ), at least 10 Antharas and got hero 6 times. All this and my main is still a pretty noob, not well known toon.

i see all time server with heavy trafic (mean ALOT PLAYERS loged) ...and the think more "crazy" is ...i cant get easly a party to get exp .. on Magmeld.
Party Exp in FoG/WoA/TOI 11++ with me (EE) ....for take a balanced party i need spend 1/2h some times to take 1 BD / 1 WC / 3 DD / 1 BP .... (why 2 Healers? easly my party stay alive 4ever without lake of MP.)
Time i play: 19:00 to 04:00 (gmt +0) .... and dont forget i still talk about lag caused by dualbox, bots, afk players and ADENA sellers spam players.
NCsoft if want win some money, need take 3 GM's per server to Manual-ban that ppl. keep make Automatic Systems no will resolve nothing ...that ppl will take alot of new forms to spam.
As for the bots...all i can say is this...i used to play Diablo2 and every so often they would run a "Bullet" ( i dont know what that it exactly cuz im not that computer literate) but low and behold......POOF...no more bots...why cant L2 do this?
As i can see from this post we still having loads of issues as i not even try to log on for couple of weeks as before Christmas there was no point due to all the issues.
Based on the ideas of everyone on removing bots, shops, castle sieges, dumb *** events and lag issues instead of NCsoft just saying they looking into new projects why wasn't it looked over at the start, It seems the members of staff who work on these projects are either really dumb or the bosses don't care.
Ideas which will help like other peoples advice.
1. Shops - Stop all personal shops in all Towns, you added an auction house which is great but if you still which to give people the chance to make there own shop increase the size of the race track, remove the silly race part and also place this far away from everyone. different server if you must which people get ported too. This way people make shops but it doesnt effect others logging onto the main server to play.
2. Removing Bots - Hire people who can delete these people, yes i know you have people doing it but it takes so long from say me pming saying there someone in town shouting for cash to him going bye bye. have a Gm posted in everytown kicking these people off and then banning there IP.
3. Castle siege - We all love to siege but now what the point, one min i see the castle gate getting hit then in comes the lag and bam the castle been took over and im in town lol. Create a castle siege server!!!! people who take part in castle sieges get ported 40 mins before to the new server which in each town would have NPC's for items which will help in sieges that way people can siege without the stuiped lag issues.
4. Dumb *** events - Come on use ya brains NCsoft or really just the person who sits there thinking of silly events which cause more issues, you can create wicked events if you put your mind to it which don't involve the silly ill create loads of lvl 1's and cause issues.
5. Free Xfer - Yep great idea but give us more selection, you tell everyone from chro and naia they can move to magmeld well that server gana be full in 5 mins and back to square one. Limit the xfers and the population for each server which reduces all lag issues. if your severs can only handle 3000 players on each one don't allow 6000 and get ****** off people.
Your overall issue is NCsoft doesn't seem to think before it acts this game is an amazing game and i have played from the start, don't mess it all up now use your brains and use the advice these people here give you. we are your staff right here helping with suggestions and showing you how much we care about the game, NCsoft are not the only developers of Lineage2 its us here trying to help to make it better.

If you think that you have ensure the best publicity for the game from full servers 24/7 i can tell you that RMT/bots/login issue has done exact the opposite.

People not pickin up their drop. Thousands of adena and mats on the ground in Hot Springs. I know those are high lvl dudes who reroll or walk with their mains as mentors but... stil. Can this be a reason for a lag?
You got the problem, all wrong, last time I checked ALL SERVERS were Heavy, it's not that Chronos is full all servers are full, realistically they need a beefed up login server and a new server with free transfers as a Clan, not just single players, but whole clans, since some clans have been around for quite a while and I know I'd not want to move to a new server and try to find or create a clan from scratch.
He didnt got the problem all wrong, he got it right, all servers may be heavy , but Chronos is full most of the time , especially nights (GMT +2) when i log in to play. It cannot continue any more, the other servers are all able (at least Shilen and Bartz) But my main character is on Chronos... This must be fixed
I don't see why people have trouble logging in. No more than 10-30 login attempts are needed for me, and that only takes 5 or 6min tops.
Lineage 2: The Game That RSI Built
Seriously, trying to login is so ridiculously repetitive, that I had to assign my password to a macro key on my mouse in order to help ease the pain of logging in. Even then, it sometimes takes upwards of 100 attempts to finally get in (yes, really 100).
Rebooting the servers won't do much as the bots will beat the real players when it comes to logging in; so unless you can log in the second the server is online you might be in for a nasty surprise.
Bots do not use normal client logins, they have 3rd party programs that ping the server and when they are online they instantly log in by the hundreds in a matter of seconds.
Your macro isn't performing actions fast enough then, because it only takes 10-30 attempts for me. I get about 1 log in attempt every 2.5 seconds, manually.
Also, I wouldn't go around talking about using 3rd-party software to automate actions within the game client on the official forums. Something about that just seems off.

Speed has nothing to do with it. If you end up going too fast, you risk causing the client to tell you that you are disconnected.
Also, I wouldn't go around talking about using 3rd-party software to automate actions within the game client on the official forums. Something about that just seems off.
It is now 6:03 p.m eastern time as im posting this I have been trying since 11:00 a.m est this morning to get in to play on the Chronos Server and i still can't get in. Sace or any other community leader this is rediculous at least enable a Queue or something??? This is beyond broken!!!

Your macro isn't performing actions fast enough then, because it only takes 10-30 attempts for me. I get about 1 log in attempt every 2.5 seconds, manually.

When the server is full and 5-10 people are trying to get in at once, you have a better chance of obtaining a spot on the server the higher the frequency of your attempts. I do it VERY fast and have never encountered a disconnect like you said. It would have to be automated so fast that the client can't handle it.
It really no more than 3-6min to log in if done correctly. I get in under 5min almost every time, at any hour. Anything slower is doing it 'wrong.'

Oh and my bad. I misread deathspawns post and had imagined the entire login sequence was on repeat with a toggle key. Would that sort of automation, or any automation, be legal if it was an attended macro? I wasn't able to get that from the guidelines that was linked. Sure I could write a script that levels my character for me through normal mouse/keyboard combinations. Would that violate any rules if I was at the computer attending the macro throughout the entire process?

I have been trying at sporadic times over the last 3 days and EVERY single server is full I haven't even spent one minute of game time in the game, haven't even made it to the character creator yet...every time I log in it says all servers are heavy...
my A grade items are about to expire and i still need 11 levels to reach 76 and get my free Sgrade items.. i dnt have a mentor and logging in is a difficult quest already... i tried logging in for an hour but to no avail.. i always get disconnected.. :mad:

You'll be placed into a quee list and when there's a spot in real server you'll have the chance to transfer, (like the message when you accept party replacement.)
In my opinion, the people who wants to grind, or do quests, will prefer this server as it is almost empty, and the ppl who want pvp and participate in events will prefer getting into the real one.
You can't choose to get into this server, you'll only get in when you log and server is full, if you are disconected you wont login in this server unless server still full.
If the population of the real server goes down and there´s room for all the ppl in second server a mesage will appear and in 5 minutes all the characters will be tranfered.

This is just sad, NC team with a internacional world range, ppl from all parts of the planet know Nc, and even that way, this things happens like we're playing a Private server without any suport...

They wont give any xp runes. I got that answer from some diff GMs in mails

Just found out that my characters somehow got put in Chronos instead of Bartz. When I log in and select Chronos, I see my characters there .... but I'm playing in Bartz ...

And i thinck that the staff entered in free week-end so adio's to any solve of this. It's about 2 week's since this issue's bother me....this isn't anymore Oficial L2 server's, they become PRIVATE one's.
So GL playing on this private server's, i go to find another MMO, whose staff deal whit it.
Seemed ok yesterday, but today there is big lag right from the start and with SS. Basically the game is still unplayable. The only improvement is that you can log on, although there isn't really any point. perhaps next maintenance they will get this figured out. Meanwhile, time sensitive equipment is running down.

Innova did so, when right after the launch of GoD they found out their servers appeared incapable of running the game anymore (30-seconds lag on everything).

And now we have a weekend, and we know they will only "work" on that issue on monday. But I have my doubt if they really do something or just wait for an email from korea with a .rar file with the fix.

Honestly, this lag issue needs to be fixed sooner than later. Add hardware, software fixes, w/e, but this is unacceptable. Shots still lag every day, lag spikes tonight in the middle of Oly fights are also epic. People have already indicated the issue happens when the server goes above a certain # of ppl logged in and stays ****** until it drops back down. Buying runes and other items is also pointless if no one can xp effectively.

Maybe you guys need to move from "truly free" to "free after you buy the game" because that will cut half of this crap out and ppl can still play without a subscription afterwards. The patience over this lag issue is really starting to run low for just about everyone.
I was looking forward to L3. I don't think I will even try it after this mess. Yesterday was the worst game play I have ever had in any MMO. I did make it to 85 with sheer determination. Early morning game play was fine ,but by noon eastern the SS lag started and got worse as time went on. I have never heard so many people complain .Was server wide. And Bots everywhere OMG. I will work free if you let me be a Bot GM. I will go around the server and destroy them all. I am serious. Just take the servers down and fix the problem. If you can.
Keep them down for a day or two if you have to. All and all, I still want to play L2. Please fix this mess!!
People run private l2j servers better then NCsoft runs these offical servers, and they run it from there house half the time.

Well, in my opinion problems with lag and difficulties with loging in could be minimized if NC simply eliminated Private Shops and eliminated the cost of the auction houses. This way ppl wouldnt leave their characters loged in all day long, while they were away. Walking through cities like Aden really sucks. Theres nowhere to step on! PPl should just be allowed to sell everything through the auction house, with no costs. There would be less ppl logged in, less lag, more room to walk in towns, and no one would waste electricity leaving their PCs loged in just to run a private shop (OUR PLANET THANKS YOU). Why not test with an event - a month of free sales through Auction Houses for everyone?

There are 4 reasons for this issue, well 5 but NC would wish it would be true there are really 6+k actual live players which isn't the case as we all know so I'll just list the 4 obvious ones.
1. Mentee system, to benefit from it be that the mentor account is basically logged in 24/7.
- make it so that it also work without the mentor being logged in or fix the other 3 issues.
2. afk shops as not everything can be sold in AH like full armor sets as well the fee charged is to high
- implement the fixes faster that Korea has released on this by lowering the fee significantly.
3. RMT farmers are non stop lvling chars to 20+ for the few millions they make that way, just watch TI & Gludio closely for a week to see the pattern.
- simplest solution IP ban and check for regions as I know for a fact you guys used to auto ban all accounts logged in from China in the past so do it again, at the very least those reappearing lvl1~40 accounts from same IP's.
4. Increased botting, there's no visibility of GM activity so botting has become rampant once more, even with awaken chars as ppl try to hit 90+ asap.
- as there are only a few spots where 86+ chars can bot how hard is it to sweep them daily for bots, Swamp Fairies Harnak SoA GoG Orbis.. Swamp & Fairies is where most bots can be found so ban awaken chars and announce it so ppl will stop think it's normal to do so just cause they could on their freeshard/private server in the past.
also add on top of that: block new account creation on Naia server until the situation stabilized and/or add introduction of premium accounts so players that adds to NC's bottom line can actually play this game.

The problem is: you can't fix it. If you could you would have fixed it one week ago. The question is: if you can't fix that, who else can? You could at least give us some explanation and some decent compensation not that crappy one.
I don't think shops are the main issue here, the bots and the current mentor system are, people are forced to stay logged in 24/7 to enjoy the benefits of the mentor system.

yeah, premium accounts will guarantee to bots a spot on server. They have same problem like us right now, they get dc and so on... The solution is to ban them.
I'm 99% sure, that a lot of players saw that noone is taking any action against boting and they've made a party of bots to farm for them.
Well, sooner or later, servers will have 80% bots and 20% players, and noone will complain on forums... because bots never complain :)
Beside SS lag, Npc lag, Environment lag, this is so much lag that i'm in village since 5 min, and when i try to open mailbox it say "You cannot receive or send mail whit attached items in NON-PEACE zone regions."
NCsoft should NOT promote afk users. Its just wrong after the game become f2p. It was wrong too befor imo but there wasnt full servers problems.
If i could not loggin because it has 6k active players inside its one think, but we all know theres a huge numbers of afk users.

I made a new char in Bartz to entertain myself while i cant logg in NAIA, its just me or theres a huge delay in SS, npc chat, buy/sell, etc? didnt see any delay in combat, so i bealive its not a "normal lag".
To NCWest...here's some of the issues you NEED to get fixed
1. Get a better IT Department. Apparently you're current group of trained monkey's have not been trained proper. Hire the Trained Gorilla's or even better, people who actually graduated with a diploma that shows they know that the hell they are doing.
2. Soul Shots, Spirit Shots, Pots all lag like crazy...1 in 10 or 1 in 20 actually work, even though the screensometimes shows them working proper, the count down on them being used up also is not matching.
3. Just one of the skills I noticed yesterday, Steal Essence, from the OverLord's skill list suddenly is not working like it was. Before it used to steal hp and rejuvinate your mp at same time. I never worried about running out of MP while dealing with mobs. Its one of the bonuses for the OL that I loved, now at lvl 64, I burn through mp faster than I did on my SpellHowler. WTF is up with this?
4. Petitions in game and in Game GM's. Every mmorpg I've played has the availability to contact someone in game immediately in case of any real problems, usually with that person having direct contact to someone who can actually fix the problem. Yes, you have Sace and a couple other community managers who post on forums occasionally on weekends, but you still have noone who can fix the problem. Get one of your people who can speak Korean to call the developers, have them make an account, log onto your server and have them actually see the crap thats broken. MAYBE, just MAYBE THEN you'll actually be able to get a proper fix.

Yes, alot of people love the fact that a great game went F2P, I am one of them, but what you are severely lacking now is obvious. People who know how to do their jobs right and customer service. I've worked over 14 years dealing with customer seffvice and now being aa Building Manager of an apartment building, I can say that if I ran my buildings the way you guys allow this game to be run, I'd be fired. You can't leave stuff broken for extensive periods and blow the proverbial smoke up your players arses. We know BS when we see it and telling us every day or every other day "We're looking into the problem to get it fixed" or "we're testing our fixes first" is nothing more than a stall tactic. GET ER' DONE!

IMO what's needed, and actually possible (unlike bot control etc.) is a new EU server. In the begging innova was supposed to handle european players, but I hear they failed miserably, so more and more people are moving to NC servers. Oh wait, not serverS, but a server - Naia.
Sure, there are bots, sure, the mentor system sux, but there is no way anyone's gonna do anything about it. A new EU server could help.

it's sad that this was a known issue, innova had it too and took two weeks to fix, should be piece of cake to fix it now.

It is unfortunate that the game is broken. When the servers were jammed a few weeks ago and it took 50 or more tries to log on the game still worked, at least until you were booted. Now it doesn't work; something has been broken. It clearly goes beyond the bots (saw a bunch today in Outlaw Forest,, that were clones of what appeared to be a legit player. They were all identical and had the same identical name) and full servers. Unless you are playing with a mystic character, the game is not playable and not just Chronos but also Bartz, where the character limit has been raised from 2 to 7, which surely can't be helping.
We have been monitoring and investigating the cause of the server latency issues. We're doing our best right now to come up with a resolution. I'll let you know when I have more information to post regarding this issue.
Can't fix shots lags then decrease max server population to 5000 players. shots start lag when online reach 5k players and more. monitor servers and kick toons who inactive 1 hour or more except private shops cuz 400-500 shops will not change anything when 6k+ ppls on. block accounts creation for servers were prime time population over 5k.

This is the best idea that i ever seen since this issues appear. Why u keeped it for u?
If the maximum limit of populatin will be decreased, the server dont reach its limit and the player's are thinking twice if to log the bot or the real toon.
BUT, there is a but......who to apply this genuine idea? Staff is in weekend vacation :/
reboot every 6hours will work perfect instead kicking inactive toons, so all who logged for afk will stay off and total population will be under critical amount.
well actually yes!! I just started today. Been playing to a lot of prive servers and i thought id go to official cause you know..I thought the support would be better and i would play a lag free never crashing down game..But in my 2 hour experience i think it would be better if went back to private servers.lol
unless they stop new character creation in Naia the situation won't get better. The agathion bots just got replaced by an endless stream of dorfs (for some reason) leveling to 20 to do RMT shouts

all those who use bots and are 94+ have 1 bot grp to make adena and make RMT since the servers are bot free
farmer sites lvling tons of new toons to lvl20 so they can spam
you got bad infos, its china and japans farming the adena, if you took the time to research, but they not making 500 lvl20 char to abuse chat, they doing it to farm the instant adena its like 5kk 7x chars or some thing, then start again
also add on top of that: block new account creation on Naia server until the situation stabilized and/or add introduction of premium accounts so players that adds to NC's bottom line can actually play this game.
+1 they would of done this on naia/chronos weeks ago to control the flow of new players making chrono/naia even more over loaded
I don't think shops are the main issue here, the bots and the current mentor system are, people are forced to stay logged in 24/7 to enjoy the benefits of the mentor system.
Teon back in the day had over 1k shops in Giran, its never been a problem. but i admit stacked with the mentor/mentee's staying logged is now like 2-3k AFK people. Sadly they still letting more and more new people adding to the already overloaded Naia/Chronos.
NC dont care, they just want max USD for new years bonus, i give a PRO anti mass account making idea to sace in pm, reply was post it in the Suggestion forum. (so it can be ignored with the rest)
i believe it's all ncsofts issue they didn't let one event finish before they started their second event causeing the crazy lag and shots issue why can't they just reset everything back 3 weeks to when the issues weren't there and why do they have adena sellers in game and not banning those accts instead of selling adena through the L2 store theirselves instead of all the dissapear in 7 day lag causeing crap

the only thing that could help solve the problem is limit l2 windows count to 2 or 1. i see many ppl boxing 3,4,5 chars. or make boxing premium payed feature. it would be free to play for anyone playing himself

They cannot increase the server capacity as 6000 is the safe limit, and I doubt they will open another server as they cannot seem to fix the ones they have now.

I would say it is the designed limit but in reality anything above 4 - 4.5k and the server starts freaking out .. look at the situation with soulshots and npc lag now.
For those players who bought the 7 hour runes before the server started functioning like crap i agree that they should be refunded or replaced, for the rest who used or bought them after that, you cant blame ncsoft for your lack of brian cells.
Ive seen people complain that they are wasting the 1 hour xp runes saying omg i want a refund. If you use them while you know the server is not working properly, then thats your fault for neglecting to reason when you decided to use them.
There are limitations as to what Ncsoft NA can do and not do, limitations the russian servers for example dont have, if you dont like it, go play over there.
The only compensation i want is the server to be fixed.
...And buy some more runes!

Chronos had just a crash for like 15 mins and i dunno why!!
I wish we had one too so that the server would be cleaned

Shots were fine for about 45 minutes after the server crash today, then slowly started to get worse. My average time between shots before I gave up grinding was 30 seconds.
I'm assuming the translator(s) for Korea have a problem understanding english, thus can't properly convey the problem to the programmers to fix the problem right the first time.
Considering spamming the login though to have something to do... especially as it's way too hot outside to go out :D

Oh yeah back to the topic. I try a couple times to log in, and when it dosent work, I move on. It makes no sense to spam the login servers, if I get in I get in, if not? then I can find something else to do. This is a game, and while I enjoy it, it doesnt rule everything I do. So, it's no use getting upset over something you can't control. Everyone has thier own solution to the "problems" but until an actual fix can be implemented, and not a band-aid, im content to just wait it out.
